A. Safety Precautions
   (1) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the engine 1(2).

B. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) below the applicable pylon, zone 521(621).
   (2) Remove the pylon-to-wing forward attachment fitting (Ref. AMM TASK 54-51-17-000-001).

B. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) below the applicable pylon, zone 521(621).
   (2) Remove the pylon-to-wing forward attachment fitting (Ref. AMM TASK 54-51-17-000-804).
4. Procedure

A. Preparation for Inspection
   (1) Use a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) , made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) to clean the forward attachment fitting of the outer wing pylon, inboard and outboard.

B. Special Detailed Inspection (US and HFEC) of Outer-Wing Pylon Forward-Attachment-Fittings
   (1) Do a special detailed inspection of the forward attachment fitting of the outer wing pylon, inboard and outboard NTM 572654.
NOTE: If necessary, refer to the SRM 57260000 for the correct repair procedure. If the defect is not included in this repair, you must request a procedure from AIRBUS.
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Install the pylon-to-wing forward attachment fitting (Ref. AMM TASK 54-51-17-400-001).

   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

   (1) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
   (2) Remove the access platform(s).
   (3) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
