3. Job Set-up
Subtask 56-21-13-860-051-A

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Clean the window frame (4) with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Petroleum Based - (Material No.08BBB1) .
(2) Examine the window frame for good condition.

4. Procedure
Subtask 56-21-13-420-053-A

A. Installation:
(1) Put the new AIPC 56-21-09-01-090 EYEBOLT (3) or AIPC 56-21-89-01-050 EYEBOLT (3) in position on the window frame (4).

NOTE: The shoulder of the eyebolt (3) must point away from the window frame (4).

(2) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-Low Adhesion Brushable - (Material No.06AEA1) to the pin (2).
(3) Install the AIPC 56-21-09-01-100 PIN (2) or AIPC 56-21-89-01-060 PIN (2) through the window frame (4) and the eye of the eyebolt (3).
(4) Install the AIPC 56-21-09-01-110 COLLAR (1) or AIPC 56-21-89-01-070 COLLAR (1) on the pin (2).
(5) Make sure that the pin (2) is correctly installed through the window frame (4) and the eyebolt (3).
(6) Make sure that the eyebolt (3) is in the correct position on the window frame (4).
(7) Tighten the collar (1) SRM 514211.

5. Close-up
Subtask 56-21-13-410-053-A

A. Close Access
(1) Install the window assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 56-21-13-400-002).
(2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(3) Install the upper sidewall panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-400-001).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
(5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
