1. Reason for the Job
This procedure is applicable to the SPS sliding window panel that has a stainless steel Z section (Part Numbers (P/N) SPSA320-3-3-2 and SPSA320-4-3-2).

B. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 5M (16 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 210, in front of the applicable sliding window panel.

4. Procedure
Subtask 56-12-11-390-050-A
A. Repair of the Weather Seal of the Sliding Window Panel
   (1) Examine the weather seal for erosion, cracks and bond to the glass surface.
   (2) Remove the sealant which can be loose, damaged or have cracks with the SCRAPER - PLASTIC.
   (3) Clean the glass surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner_- Methyl-Ethyl-Ketone - (Material No.08BBF1) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
   (4) Apply TAPE - ADHESIVE on the periphery of the glass surface.
   (5) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-Windshield Fillet - (Material No.06AFB1) on the weather seal of the sliding window panel (P/N SPSA320-3-3-2 and SPSA320-4-3-2) with the 98D56103003000 SPATULA-WEATHER SEAL.
   (6) Let the sealant cure for a minimum of six hours.
   (7) Remove the TAPE - ADHESIVE.
   (8) Clean the left and right sliding window panel (Ref. AMM TASK 56-10-00-110-003).
