Subtask 55-33-13-020-052-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
(a) Remove the sealant from around the trailing edge access-panels (1) with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) For trailing edge access-panels 325BL, 325BR, 325CL, 325CR and 325DL:
(b) Open and hold the trailing edge access-panel (1).
(d) Discard the cotter pin (15).
(e) Remove the screws (5) and, if applicable, the screws (3).
(f) Remove the trailing edge access-panel (1).
(g) If necessary, remove the lever assembly (16) from the trailing edge access-panel (1):
1 Remove the screws (11) and the washers (12).
2 Remove the lever assembly (16) together with the bracket (17).
3 Put the quick-release pin (19) in the pin stowage hole (18).
(3) For trailing edge access-panels 325EL, 325ER, 325FR and 325GR:
(b) Remove the trailing edge access-panel (1).

(2) For trailing edge access-panels 325BL, 325BR, 325CL, 325CR and 325DL:
(b) Open and hold the trailing edge access-panel (1).

A. Remove the Access Panels
(b) Remove the cotter pin (12), washer (13) and the lever-assembly attach pin (14).
(c) Hold the access panel (15) and remove the hinge attach screws (11).
(d) Remove the access panel (15).
(2) For access panels 325EL, 325ER and 325DR:
(b) Hold the access panel and release the studs (17).
(c) Remove the access panel.

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THESE ACCESS PANELS. IF YOU LET THEM FALL, DAMAGE CAN OCCUR TO THEM OR TO THE AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE.
(1) For access panels 325BL, 325BR, 325CL, 325CR and 325DL: NOTE: The removal procedure for one access panel is given; the procedures for all access panels are almost the same.
(a) Release the studs (8) and open the access panel (15) (Ref. AMM TASK 55-33-13-010-002). (b) Remove the cotter pin (12), washer (13) and the lever-assembly attach pin (14).
(c) Hold the access panel (15) and remove the hinge attach screws (11).
(d) Remove the access panel (15).
(2) For access panels 325EL, 325ER and 325DR:
NOTE: The removal procedure for one access panel is given; the procedures for all access panels are almost the same.
(a) Release the studs (16). (b) Hold the access panel and release the studs (17).
(c) Remove the access panel.

(1) For trailing edge access-panels 325BL and 325BR:(a) Remove the sealant from around the trailing edge access-panels (1) with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) For trailing edge access-panels 325BL, 325BR, 325CL, 325CR and 325DL:
NOTE: The removal procedure is given for one trailing edge access-panel (1). The removal procedure for the other trailing edge access-panels (1) is almost the same.
(a) Release the quick-release fasteners (2) and (4) and, if applicable, the quick-release fasteners (6).(b) Open and hold the trailing edge access-panel (1).
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL A COTTER PIN. EACH TIME YOU REMOVE A COTTER PIN DURING THE TASK, DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. A LOOSE COTTER PIN CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND.
(c) Remove the cotter pin (15), the washer (14) and the lever-assembly attachment pin (13).(d) Discard the cotter pin (15).
(e) Remove the screws (5) and, if applicable, the screws (3).
(f) Remove the trailing edge access-panel (1).
(g) If necessary, remove the lever assembly (16) from the trailing edge access-panel (1):
1 Remove the screws (11) and the washers (12).
2 Remove the lever assembly (16) together with the bracket (17).
3 Put the quick-release pin (19) in the pin stowage hole (18).
(3) For trailing edge access-panels 325EL, 325ER, 325FR and 325GR:
