A. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 825.
   (2) Open forward cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).

B. Removal of the Components
   (1) Remove the applicable ceiling panels to get access to the inspection areas (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-002).

C. Preparation of the Inspection Area
   (1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
   (2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
   (3) If there is a TPS layer and if it does not let you do a satisfactory inspection, remove the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
4. Procedure
Subtask 53-21-00-210-082-A
A. Inspection
   (1) Do a general visual inspection of the attachment brackets of the forward cargo - door actuator for damage or discontinuities. This inspection is applicable between the cabin floor beams, from FR25 to FR27.
   (2) Make sure that there is no:
     (a) Corrosion damage:
If you find corrosion, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 512200) for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
     (b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 511100) for the damage types, classification and corrective action.

CAUTION: DO NOT APPLY TEMPORARY PROTECTION SYSTEM (TPS) TYPE 3 ON THE MOVABLE COMPONENTS. USE ONLY TPS TYPE 1 GRADE 2. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THIS INSTRUCTION, THE MECHANISMS WILL NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY.
B. Check and Application of the TPS Layer
NOTE: There is no special requirement about the TPS layer application in this area. The operator can apply the TPS layer or let the surface stay without protection.
   (1) If the TPS layer was removed at the "Preparation of the Inspection Area" paragraph, and you make the decision to apply a TPS layer, (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
   (2) If the TPS layer was not removed at the "Preparation of the Inspection Area", paragraph, and you make the decision to apply a TPS layer, do a check of the condition and integrity of the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
   (3) If the TPS layer has local damage, remove the damaged TPS layer and apply a new layer of TPS (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).

A. Installation of the Components
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Install the removed ceiling panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-400-002).

B. Close Access
   (1) Close forward cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
   (2) Remove the access platform(s).
