A. Removal of the Component
(1) Remove the CAPT(F/O) seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-51-000-001).
(2) Remove the third occupant seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-41-000-001).
(3) Remove the cockpit carpet.
(4) Remove the textile floor covering.
(5) Remove oxygen-mask stowage-boxes 5774HM and 10RN1 on the left side and 10RN2 and 10RN3 on the right side (Ref. AMM TASK 35-12-41-000-001).
(6) Remove the sidewall panels from these consoles (Ref. AMM TASK 25-13-41-000-002):
(a) FOR [101VU] (L SIDE CONSOLE)
(b) FOR [700VU] (R SIDE CONSOLE)
(c) FOR [1VU] (L FWD CONSOLE)
(d) FOR [7VU] (R FWD CONSOLE)
(e) FOR 702VU (R AFT CONSOLE)
(7) Remove the structure of lateral consoles 1VU and 101VU on the left side and 7VU, 700VU and 702VU on the right side.
Subtask 53-12-11-020-052-F ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the CAPT(F/O) seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-51-000-001).
(2) Remove the third occupant seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-41-000-001).
(3) Remove the cockpit carpet.
(4) Remove the textile floor covering.
(5) Remove oxygen-mask stowage-boxes 5774HM and 10RN1 on the left side and 10RN2 and 10RN3 on the right side (Ref. AMM TASK 35-12-41-000-001).
(6) Remove the sidewall panels from these consoles (Ref. AMM TASK 25-13-41-000-002):
(a) FOR [101VU] (L SIDE CONSOLE)
(b) FOR [700VU] (R SIDE CONSOLE)
(c) FOR [1VU] (L FWD CONSOLE)
(d) FOR [7VU] (R FWD CONSOLE)
(e) FOR 702VU (R AFT CONSOLE)
(7) Remove the structure of lateral consoles 1VU and 101VU on the left side and 7VU, 700VU and 702VU on the right side.
A. Removal of the Component
(1) Remove the CAPT(F/O) seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-51-000-001).
(2) Remove the third occupant seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-41-000-001).
(3) Remove the cockpit carpet.
(4) Remove the CAPT(F/O) foot warmer (Ref. AMM TASK 25-15-51-000-001).
(5) Remove the textile floor covering.
(6) Remove oxygen-mask stowage-boxes 5774HM and 10RN1 on the left side and 10RN2 and 10RN3 on the right side (Ref. AMM TASK 35-12-41-000-001).
(7) Remove the sidewall panels from these consoles (Ref. AMM TASK 25-13-41-000-002):
(a) FOR [101VU] (L SIDE CONSOLE)
(b) FOR [700VU] (R SIDE CONSOLE)
(c) FOR [1VU] (L FWD CONSOLE)
(d) FOR [7VU] (R FWD CONSOLE)
(e) FOR 702VU (R AFT CONSOLE)
(8) Remove the structure of lateral consoles 1VU and 101VU on the left side and 7VU, 700VU and 702VU on the right side.
4. Procedure(1) Remove the CAPT(F/O) seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-51-000-001).
(2) Remove the third occupant seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-41-000-001).
(3) Remove the cockpit carpet.
(4) Remove the CAPT(F/O) foot warmer (Ref. AMM TASK 25-15-51-000-001).
(5) Remove the textile floor covering.
(6) Remove oxygen-mask stowage-boxes 5774HM and 10RN1 on the left side and 10RN2 and 10RN3 on the right side (Ref. AMM TASK 35-12-41-000-001).
(7) Remove the sidewall panels from these consoles (Ref. AMM TASK 25-13-41-000-002):
(a) FOR [101VU] (L SIDE CONSOLE)
(b) FOR [700VU] (R SIDE CONSOLE)
(c) FOR [1VU] (L FWD CONSOLE)
(d) FOR [7VU] (R FWD CONSOLE)
(e) FOR 702VU (R AFT CONSOLE)
(8) Remove the structure of lateral consoles 1VU and 101VU on the left side and 7VU, 700VU and 702VU on the right side.

(1) Remove the sealant from the screws (2).
(2) Remove the screws (2) and the washers (3) from the cockpit floor panels (1) and (4).
(3) Remove the cockpit floor panels (1) and (4).
(4) Remove the sealant from the screws (5) and (9).
(5) Remove the screws (5) and (9) and the washers (10) from the cockpit floor panels (6), (7) and (8).
(6) Remove the cockpit floor panels (6), (7) and (8).
Subtask 53-12-11-020-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL Cockpit Floor Panels from FR1 thru FR6 ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL Cockpit Floor Panels from FR1 thru FR6 ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (2) Remove the screws (2) and the washers (3) from the cockpit floor panels (1) and (4).
(3) Remove the cockpit floor panels (1) and (4).
(4) Remove the sealant from the screws (5) and (9).
(5) Remove the screws (5) and (9) and the washers (10) from the cockpit floor panels (6), (7) and (8).
(6) Remove the cockpit floor panels (6), (7) and (8).
B. Removal of the Cockpit Floor Panels from FR6 thru FR12

(1) Remove the screws (11).
(2) Identify the position of the screws (11) when you remove the cockpit floor panels (12).
(4) Put an identification label on cockpit floor panels (12).
Subtask 53-12-11-020-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL Cockpit Floor Panels from FR6 thru FR12 ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL Cockpit Floor Panels from FR6 thru FR12 ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (2) Identify the position of the screws (11) when you remove the cockpit floor panels (12).
NOTE: This will help prevent the incorrect position of the screws (11) during the installation.
(3) Remove the cockpit floor panels (12).(4) Put an identification label on cockpit floor panels (12).
NOTE: This will help during the installation procedure.
C. Removal of the Cockpit Floor Panels from FR1 thru FR6
(1) Remove the screws (2) and the washers (3) from the plates (1) and (4).
(2) Remove the plates (1) and (4).
(3) Remove the cockpit floor panels (6):
(a) Remove the screws (5) and (9) and the washers (10).
(b) Remove the cockpit floor panels (6).
(c) Put an identification label on cockpit floor panels (6).
(e) If you installed the elastomer strip, remove it.
(f) Make sure that the clip nuts (12) are installed on the structure.
(4) Remove the cockpit floor panels (7):
(a) Remove the screws (5).
(b) Remove the cockpit floor panels (7).
(c) Put an identification label on cockpit floor panels (7).
(5) Remove the cockpit floor panels (8):
(a) Remove the screws (5).
(b) Remove the cockpit floor panels (8).
(c) Put an identification label on cockpit floor panels (8).
Subtask 53-12-11-020-051-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the screws (2) and the washers (3) from the plates (1) and (4).
(2) Remove the plates (1) and (4).
(3) Remove the cockpit floor panels (6):
(a) Remove the screws (5) and (9) and the washers (10).
(b) Remove the cockpit floor panels (6).
(c) Put an identification label on cockpit floor panels (6).
NOTE: This will make the installation procedure easier.
(d) Remove the damaged adhesive tape (11).(e) If you installed the elastomer strip, remove it.
(f) Make sure that the clip nuts (12) are installed on the structure.
(4) Remove the cockpit floor panels (7):
(a) Remove the screws (5).
(b) Remove the cockpit floor panels (7).
(c) Put an identification label on cockpit floor panels (7).
NOTE: This will make the installation procedure easier.
(d) Remove the damaged adhesive tape (11).(5) Remove the cockpit floor panels (8):
(a) Remove the screws (5).
(b) Remove the cockpit floor panels (8).
(c) Put an identification label on cockpit floor panels (8).
NOTE: This will make the installation procedure easier.

(1) Remove the screws (2) from the cockpit floor panels (1).
(2) Remove the cockpit floor panels (1).
(3) Put an identification label on cockpit floor panels (1).
(5) If you installed the elastomer strip, remove it.
(6) Make sure that the clip nuts (4) are installed on the structure.
(1) Remove the screws (2) from the cockpit floor panels (1).
(2) Remove the cockpit floor panels (1).
(3) Put an identification label on cockpit floor panels (1).
NOTE: This will help during the installation procedure.
(4) Remove the damaged adhesive tape (3).(5) If you installed the elastomer strip, remove it.
(6) Make sure that the clip nuts (4) are installed on the structure.
