4. Procedure
Subtask 25-13-41-020-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of Sidewall Panels 211EW 212EW 211FW 212FW 211GW 212GW
   (1) Remove the sidewall panels (1) and (4) ( 211GW ( 212GW)) as follows:
     (a) Remove the screws (3) and the washers (2).
     (b) Loosen the fasteners (15).
     (c) Disengage the sidewall panels (1) and (4).
     (d) Remove the screw (19) and the washer (18).
     (e) Disengage the electrical cable (20).
     (f) Remove the sidewall panels (1) and (4).
   (2) Remove the sidewall panels (11) and (14) ( 211FW ( 212FW)) as follows:
     (a) Remove the screws (9) and the washers (8).
     (b) Loosen the fasteners (16).
     (c) Disconnect the headset plug, if installed.
       1 Disconnect the headset plug from panel 15VU that is installed on the sidewall panel (11).
       2 Put the LOCALLY MANUFACTURED - BLANKING CAP on the disconnected headset plug.
     (d) Disconnect the hand-microphone plugs, if installed.
       1 Disconnect the hand-microphone plugs behind panel 17VU (16VU) (10) that are installed on the sidewall panels (11) and (14).
       2 Put the LOCALLY MANUFACTURED - BLANKING CAP on the disconnected hand-microphone plugs.
     (e) Remove the sidewall panels (11) and (14).
   (3) Remove the sidewall panels (12) and (13) ( 211EW ( 212EW)) as follows:
     (a) Open the cockpit sliding windows [8DG1] and [8DG2] (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-010-001).
     (b) Remove the waste-bins (7).
     (c) Remove the screws (5) and the washers (6).
     (d) Remove the sidewall panels (12) and (13).

A. Removal of Sidewall Panels 211EW 212EW 211FW 212FW 211GW 212GW
   (1) Remove the sidewall panels (1) and (4) ( 211GW ( 212GW)).
     (a) Remove the screws (3) and the washers (2).
     (b) Loosen the fasteners (15).
     (c) Disengage the sidewall panels (1) and (4).
     (d) Remove the screw (19) and the washer (18).
     (e) Disengage the electrical cable (20).
     (f) Remove the sidewall panels (1) and (4).
   (2) Remove the sidewall panels (11) and (14) ( 211FW ( 212FW)).
     (a) Remove the screws (9) and the washers (8).
     (b) Loosen the fasteners (16).
     (c) Disconnect the headset plug, if installed.
       1 Disconnect the headset plug from panel 15VU that is installed on the sidewall panel (11).
       2 Put the LOCALLY MANUFACTURED - BLANKING CAP on the disconnected headset plug.
     (d) Disconnect the hand-microphone plugs, if installed.
       1 Disconnect the hand-microphone plugs behind panel 17VU (16VU) (10) that are installed on the sidewall panels (11) and (14).
       2 Put the LOCALLY MANUFACTURED - BLANKING CAP on the disconnected hand-microphone plugs.
     (e) Remove the power outlet unit from panel 17VU (16VU) (10) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-18-11-000-801).
     (f) Remove the sidewall panels (11) and (14).
   (3) Remove the sidewall panels (12) and (13) ( 211EW ( 212EW)).
     (a) Open the cockpit sliding windows [8DG1] and [8DG2] (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-010-001).
     (b) Remove the waste-bins (7).
     (c) Remove the screws (5) and the washers (6).
     (d) Remove the sidewall panels (12) and (13).

B. Removal of Sidewall Panels 211AW 212AW 211BW 212BW
   (1) Remove the sidewall panel (6) ( 211AW ( 212AW)):
     (a) Hold the sidewall panel (6) that is installed.
     (b) Release the cap screws (5) to disengage the sidewall panel (6) from the structure.
     (c) Remove the screws (4) and the washers (3).
     (d) Remove the sidewall panel (6) from the structure.
   (2) Remove the sidewall panel (7) ( 211BW ( 212BW)):
     (a) Hold the sidewall panel (7) that is installed.
CAUTION: WHEN YOU REMOVE THE SCREWS, MAKE SURE THAT YOU RECORD THE CORRECT POSITION OF EACH OF THEM. THE SCREWS HAVE DIFFERENT LENGTHS.
     (b) Remove the screw (1) and the washer (2).
     (c) Remove the screw (8).
     (d) Remove the screw (9) and the washer (10).
     (e) Disengage the sidewall panel (7) from the ramp (11).
     (f) Remove the sidewall panel (7) from the structure.

C. Removal of the Sidewall Panel (4) (211LW)
   (1) Remove the screws (1) and the washers (2).
   (2) Loosen the fastener (3).
   (3) Remove the sidewall panel (4).

D. Removal of Sidewall Panels 212HW and 212JW
   (1) Remove the sidewall panel (5) ( 212HW):
     (a) Remove the screws (6) and the washers (7).
     (b) Loosen the fasteners (4).
     (c) Remove the sidewall panel (5).
   (2) Remove the sidewall panel (1) ( 212JW):
     (a) Remove the sidewall panel (4) ( 212JW).
     (b) Remove the screws (2) and the washers (3).
     (c) Remove the sidewall panel (1).

   (1) Loosen the fasteners (2).
   (2) Remove the sidewall panel (1).
