A. Get access to the area to be repaired.

A. Do the Skin Repair
(1) If necessary, remove the temporary skin repair.
(2) Prepare the repair area (Ref. AMM TASK 51-77-11-910-006).
(3) Do a water-break test on the repair area (Ref. AMM TASK 51-77-11-700-001).
(4) Mix the necessary amount of adhesive. Use Epoxy Adhesive-Metal to metal - Legacy (Material No.05EJL9) Microballoon-Phenolic - - (Material No.13JBA1) .
(5) Apply the adhesive to the repair area.
(6) Put a polythene sheet over the repair area.
(7) Refer to the material specification for the curing time and let the adhesive cure.
(8) Remove the polythene sheet when the adhesive has cured.
(9) Rub down the adhesive with emery paper, grade 280 and emery paper, grade 400 to the contours of the composite structure.
(10) Apply the protective treatment. (Ref. AMM TASK 51-75-12-300-001)
5. Close-up(1) If necessary, remove the temporary skin repair.
(2) Prepare the repair area (Ref. AMM TASK 51-77-11-910-006).
(3) Do a water-break test on the repair area (Ref. AMM TASK 51-77-11-700-001).
(4) Mix the necessary amount of adhesive. Use Epoxy Adhesive-Metal to metal - Legacy (Material No.05EJL9) Microballoon-Phenolic - - (Material No.13JBA1) .
(5) Apply the adhesive to the repair area.
(6) Put a polythene sheet over the repair area.
