A. Remove the fuel nozzles (Ref. AMM TASK 49-31-41-000-003)

4. Procedure

DO NOT POINT THE AIRFLOW AT YOURSELF OR OTHER PERSONS.

LOOSE PARTICLES AND/OR HIGH PRESSURE AIR CAN CAUSE INJURY.

Subtask 49-31-41-210-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Inspection of the Fuel Nozzles
(1) Make sure that the fuel-nozzle inlet connections (4) are not damaged, or blocked with carbon deposits.
(2) Examine the nozzle mounting flange (3) and make sure that there is no damage.
(3) Examine the atomizer assembly for damage or carbon deposits. None is permitted.
(4) Blow filtered air through each nozzle connection. Make sure that there are no blockages.

NOTE: If a blockage is found replace the nozzle assembly.

A. Install the fuel-nozzles (Ref. AMM TASK 49-31-41-400-003).
