A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position:

- in the cockpit on the AIR COND Overhead Control Panel 30VU to tell persons not to push in the APU BLEED pushbutton switch
- on the HP ground connector to tell persons not to pressurize the pneumatic system.
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

A. Installation of the Pressure Service Check-Valve
(1) Remove the blanking caps from the union (1) of the elbow (5) and the connector (4).
(2) Make sure that the threads of these parts are clean and in the correct condition:
(4) Put the pressure service check-valve (2) with the new AIPC 36-11-03-06-150 O-RING (3) or AIPC 36-11-83-01-020 O-RING (3) in their installation positions in the connector (4).
(5) TORQUE the pressure service check-valve (2) to between 3.3 and 3 m.daN (24.34 and 22.12 lbf.ft )

(6) Put the elbow (5) in its installation position on the pressure service check-valve (2).
(7) TORQUE the union (1) of the elbow (5) to between 3.3 and 3 m.daN (24.34 and 22.12 lbf.ft )

Subtask 36-11-56-865-052-A (1) Remove the blanking caps from the union (1) of the elbow (5) and the connector (4).
(2) Make sure that the threads of these parts are clean and in the correct condition:
- the union (1) of the elbow (5)
- the pressure service check-valve (2)
- the connector (4).
(4) Put the pressure service check-valve (2) with the new AIPC 36-11-03-06-150 O-RING (3) or AIPC 36-11-83-01-020 O-RING (3) in their installation positions in the connector (4).
(5) TORQUE the pressure service check-valve (2) to between 3.3 and 3 m.daN (24.34 and 22.12 lbf.ft )
. (6) Put the elbow (5) in its installation position on the pressure service check-valve (2).
(7) TORQUE the union (1) of the elbow (5) to between 3.3 and 3 m.daN (24.34 and 22.12 lbf.ft )
. B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Test
(1) Do the ground air pre-conditioning with the HP Ground Connection (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001), or with the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
(2) Make sure that there are no leaks at the connections.

(2) Install the access panel 191BB or 192FB.
