A. Packing of the Oxygen Mask Assemblies
(2) Put the removed emergency oxygen container (9) on the flat and clean surface.
(3) If necessary, use disinfectant to clean the oxygen mask assemblies:
(a) Make the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) moist with Disinfectant and cleaner-Oxygen Mask - - (Material No.11CKA1) and clean the mask face piece (1), the reservoir bag (3) and the supply hose (4).
(4) Use GLOVES - COTTON, LINT-FREE, CLEAN when you put the oxygen masks into emergency oxygen container.
(5) Put the headband (2) on the reservoir bag (3).
(6) Fold the reservoir bag (3) into thirds.
(7) Fold the reservoir bag (3) into a zig-zag shape and put it into the mask face piece (1).
(8) Make sure that flow indicator is in the middle of the mask face piece (1).
(9) Spirally wind the supply hose (4) counter-clockwise into the inner space of the mask face piece (1).
(10) Make sure that the supply hose (4) is not twisted.
(11) Put the oxygen mask assemblies on the ejector strips (7).
(12) Put the pull flag (6) on related mask face piece (1):
(a) Refer to instruction label (11).
(13) Make sure that the eyelet of release pin (10) points out of the emergency oxygen container (9).
(14) Make sure that the supply hoses (4) do not catch on the other parts in the emergency oxygen container (9).
(15) Make sure that the lanyards (5) are correctly installed and do not catch on the other parts in the emergency oxygen container (9).
(16) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(17) Install the emergency oxygen container (9) (Ref. AMM TASK 35-21-41-400-001).
