A. Deactivation of the DMC
(1) Remove the defective DMC (DMC 1 or DMC 2) and DMC 3 (Ref. AMM TASK 31-63-34-000-001).
(2) Make a mark near the label of the defective DMC (DMC 1 or DMC 2).
(3) Install the DMC 3 at the location of the defective DMC (DMC 1 or DMC 2) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-63-34-400-001).
5. Close-up(1) Remove the defective DMC (DMC 1 or DMC 2) and DMC 3 (Ref. AMM TASK 31-63-34-000-001).
(2) Make a mark near the label of the defective DMC (DMC 1 or DMC 2).
(3) Install the DMC 3 at the location of the defective DMC (DMC 1 or DMC 2) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-63-34-400-001).

A. Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
Subtask 31-63-00-860-059-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL B. In the next paragraph, close the circuit breakers related to the DMC (DMC 1 or DMC 2) that you replaced with DMC 3.
