B. Get Access
   (1) Open the fan cowl doors (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-010-802):
     (a) FOR [4020KM2] (POWER PLANT-DEMOUNTABLE, ENG 2)

   (2) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 1M (3 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position.
4. Procedure
Subtask 29-13-43-210-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Visual Check of the Engine-Pump Case-Drain Filter Contamination (Pop-Out) Indicator
   (1) Do a visual check of the red pop-out indicator button (2) located on the head of the filter assembly (1).
     (a) If the red pop-out indicator button (2) is extended, a filter bypass has occurred.
NOTE: A filter bypass can let some contamination past the filter cartridge. This contamination can affect the operation of some components located downstream of the filter.
   (2) If there was a filter bypass, replace the filter cartridge (Ref. AMM TASK 29-11-43-610-802).
     (a) After replacing the filter cartridge, reset the pop-out indicator button (2) by pressing the red button until it is held in the retracted position.
     (b) Do a check for contamination of the removed filter cartridge.

   (2) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
