B. Get Access
(1) Put a STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) in position and remove the applicable ceiling panel (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-000-002):

Subtask 25-65-35-020-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the NAIM 144MX
(1) Set the ARM/OFF/TX switch (8) to the OFF position.
(2) Remove the bolts (4), the washers (3) and the nuts (2).
(3) Disconnect electrical connector 144MX-A (5) from the NAIM (6).
(4) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(5) Carefully disconnect the NAIM (6) from the Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) (7), and remove it from the support (1).
(1) Set the ARM/OFF/TX switch (8) to the OFF position.
(2) Remove the bolts (4), the washers (3) and the nuts (2).
(3) Disconnect electrical connector 144MX-A (5) from the NAIM (6).
(4) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(5) Carefully disconnect the NAIM (6) from the Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) (7), and remove it from the support (1).
