B. Get Access
(1) In the cabin:
(a) Remove ceiling panel 261BC (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-000-002).
(b) Put a STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) in position below the antenna.
(2) At the antenna:
(a) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 6M (20 FT) in position below the antenna.

(a) Remove ceiling panel 261BC (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-000-002).
(b) Put a STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) in position below the antenna.
(2) At the antenna:
(a) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 6M (20 FT) in position below the antenna.
B. Get access to the Antenna 112MX
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 6M (20 FT) in position at the antenna.
4. Procedure(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 6M (20 FT) in position at the antenna.
Subtask 25-65-14-020-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Antenna
(1) In the cabin:
(a) Set the toggle switch of the ELT to the OFF position.
(b) Pull the heat protective webbing a short distance down from the antenna connector (3).
(c) Disconnect the antenna connector (3) from the antenna (2).
(2) At the antenna:
(a) Remove the sealants from the heads of the screws (1) with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(b) Remove the screws (1).
(c) Carefully lift the antenna (2) away from the fuselage outer surface.
(d) Remove the antenna (2).
(e) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(f) Remove and retain the O-ring seal (4).
Subtask 25-65-14-020-051-J ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) In the cabin:
(a) Set the toggle switch of the ELT to the OFF position.
(b) Pull the heat protective webbing a short distance down from the antenna connector (3).
(c) Disconnect the antenna connector (3) from the antenna (2).
(2) At the antenna:
(a) Remove the sealants from the heads of the screws (1) with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(b) Remove the screws (1).
(c) Carefully lift the antenna (2) away from the fuselage outer surface.
(d) Remove the antenna (2).
(e) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(f) Remove and retain the O-ring seal (4).
A. Removal of the Antenna 112MX
(1) Remove the sealants from the heads / of the screws (1) with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) Remove the screws (1).
(3) Lift the antenna (2) carefully away from the fuselage outer skin, and disconnect the connector (3) from the antenna (2).
(4) Remove the antenna (2).
(5) Put CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(6) Remove and retain the O-ring seal (4).
(1) Remove the sealants from the heads / of the screws (1) with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) Remove the screws (1).
(3) Lift the antenna (2) carefully away from the fuselage outer skin, and disconnect the connector (3) from the antenna (2).
(4) Remove the antenna (2).
(5) Put CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(6) Remove and retain the O-ring seal (4).
Antenna 112MX
