(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do a visual inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

B. Installation of the Single-Blade Door of the Space Flex Lavatory (if removed)

Single-Blade Door of the Space Flex Lavatory ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

NOTE: The lateral adjustment of the door is the result of the correct lavatory shimming.

(1) Put the single-blade door (1) in position.
(2) If the washers (2) are removed, install them.
(3) Install the screws (3).
(4) Tighten the screws (3).
(5) Open and close the single-blade door (1) and make sure that it operates correctly.

C. Installation of the Space-Flex Lavatory Bi-folding Door (if removed)

Bi-folding door Space Flex Lavatory ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

NOTE: The laterally adjustment of the door is the result of correct lavatory shimming.

(1) Put the lavatory bi-folding doors (1) in position and lock the quick-release fasteners (2).
(2) Close the lavatory bi-folding doors (1).

D. Installation of the Cabin Attendant Seat (CAS) Door of the Space Flex Lavatory (if removed)

NOTE: The lateral adjustment of the door is the result of the correct lavatory shimming.

(1) Put the CAS door (2) in position and install the screws (1).
(2) Tighten the screws (1).
(3) Install the lavatory door damper (Ref. AMM TASK 25-45-19-960-001).
(4) Open and close the CAS door (2) and make sure that it operates correctly.

E. Operational Test of the Emergency Opening (from outside of the lavatory) of the Space-Flex Lavatory Door(s)

NOTE: For this test, the lavatory door must be locked from the inside.

(1) Do the test for the lavatory bi-folding doors (1)

Bi-folding door Space Flex Lavatory ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

(a) Release the quick-release fasteners (2).
(b) Fold the lavatory bi-folding doors (1) in half and turn it from the bottom.
(c) Remove the lavatory bi-folding doors (1).
(d) Put the lavatory bi-folding doors (1) in position and lock the quick-release fasteners (2).
(e) Open and close the lavatory bi-folding doors (1) and make sure that the door operates correctly.

A. De-energize the ground service network
