A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do a visual inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

B. Installation of the Access Doors of the Space Flex Lavatory
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Install the access door (1) as follows:
(a) Put the access door (1) in position and install the pins (8).
(b) Put the door stop (4) in position.
(c) If the spacer (3) and the washers (5) are removed, install them.
(d) Install the washer (6) and the screw (7).
(e) Tighten the screw (7).
(f) Close the access door (1).
(3) Install the access door (10) as follows:
(a) Put the access door (10) in position and install the pins (9).
(b) Close the access door (10).
(4) Install the access doors (12) as follows:
(a) Put the access doors (12) in position.
(b) Install the hinges (13) and the screws (14) on the covers (15) and the access doors (12).
(c) Tighten the screws (14).
(d) If the supports (16) are removed, install them as follows:
1 Put the supports (16) in position and install the screws (17).
2 Tighten the screws (17).
(e) If the supports (27) are removed, install them as follows:
1 Put the supports (27) in position.
2 If the spacers (30) are removed, install them.
3 If the washers (29) are removed, install them.
4 Install the screws (28).
5 Tighten the screws (28).
(f) Close the access doors (12).
(5) Install the access doors (20) as follows:
(a) Put the access doors (20) in position and install the pins (19).
(b) If the supports (26) are removed, install them as follows:
1 Put the supports (26) in position and install the screws (25).
2 Tighten the screws (25).
(c) If the supports (32) and (35) are removed, install them as follows:
1 Put the supports (32) and (35) in position and install the screws (31), (33), (34), (36) and (37).
2 Tighten the screws (31), (33), (34), (36) and (37).
(d) Close the access doors (20).
(6) Install the access door (23) as follows:
(a) Put the access door (23) in position and install the pin (22).
(b) Close the access door (23).
Subtask 25-45-18-710-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Install the access door (1) as follows:
(a) Put the access door (1) in position and install the pins (8).
(b) Put the door stop (4) in position.
(c) If the spacer (3) and the washers (5) are removed, install them.
(d) Install the washer (6) and the screw (7).
(e) Tighten the screw (7).
(f) Close the access door (1).
(3) Install the access door (10) as follows:
(a) Put the access door (10) in position and install the pins (9).
(b) Close the access door (10).
(4) Install the access doors (12) as follows:
(a) Put the access doors (12) in position.
(b) Install the hinges (13) and the screws (14) on the covers (15) and the access doors (12).
(c) Tighten the screws (14).
(d) If the supports (16) are removed, install them as follows:
1 Put the supports (16) in position and install the screws (17).
2 Tighten the screws (17).
(e) If the supports (27) are removed, install them as follows:
1 Put the supports (27) in position.
2 If the spacers (30) are removed, install them.
3 If the washers (29) are removed, install them.
4 Install the screws (28).
5 Tighten the screws (28).
(f) Close the access doors (12).
(5) Install the access doors (20) as follows:
(a) Put the access doors (20) in position and install the pins (19).
(b) If the supports (26) are removed, install them as follows:
1 Put the supports (26) in position and install the screws (25).
2 Tighten the screws (25).
(c) If the supports (32) and (35) are removed, install them as follows:
1 Put the supports (32) and (35) in position and install the screws (31), (33), (34), (36) and (37).
2 Tighten the screws (31), (33), (34), (36) and (37).
(d) Close the access doors (20).
(6) Install the access door (23) as follows:
(a) Put the access door (23) in position and install the pin (22).
(b) Close the access door (23).
C. Operational Test of the Access Doors of the Space Flex Lavatory
(1) Open and close the access doors (1) and (10) and make sure that the doors lock correctly in the closed position.
(2) If necessary, adjust the access doors (1) and (10) as follows:
(a) Open the access doors (1) and (10).
(b) Loosen the pins (8) and (9) and adjust the doors until they lock correctly.
(c) Close the access doors (1) and (10).
(3) Open and close the access doors (12) and make sure that the doors lock correctly in the closed position.
(4) If necessary, adjust the access doors (12) as follows:
(a) Open the access doors (12).
(b) Loosen the screws (14) and adjust the doors until they lock correctly.
(c) Tighten the screws (14).
(d) Close the access doors (12).
(5) Open and close the access doors (20) and make sure that the doors lock correctly in the closed position.
(6) If necessary, adjust the access doors (20) as follows:
(a) Open the access doors (20).
(b) Loosen the pins (19) and adjust the doors until they lock correctly.
(c) Close the access doors (20).
(7) Open and close the access door (23) and make sure that the door locks correctly in the closed position.
(8) If necessary, adjust the access door (23) as follows:
(a) Open the access door (23).
(b) Loosen the pin (22) and adjust the door until it locks correctly.
(c) Close the access door (23).
5. Close-up(1) Open and close the access doors (1) and (10) and make sure that the doors lock correctly in the closed position.
(2) If necessary, adjust the access doors (1) and (10) as follows:
(a) Open the access doors (1) and (10).
(b) Loosen the pins (8) and (9) and adjust the doors until they lock correctly.
(c) Close the access doors (1) and (10).
(3) Open and close the access doors (12) and make sure that the doors lock correctly in the closed position.
(4) If necessary, adjust the access doors (12) as follows:
(a) Open the access doors (12).
(b) Loosen the screws (14) and adjust the doors until they lock correctly.
(c) Tighten the screws (14).
(d) Close the access doors (12).
(5) Open and close the access doors (20) and make sure that the doors lock correctly in the closed position.
(6) If necessary, adjust the access doors (20) as follows:
(a) Open the access doors (20).
(b) Loosen the pins (19) and adjust the doors until they lock correctly.
(c) Close the access doors (20).
(7) Open and close the access door (23) and make sure that the door locks correctly in the closed position.
(8) If necessary, adjust the access door (23) as follows:
(a) Open the access door (23).
(b) Loosen the pin (22) and adjust the door until it locks correctly.
(c) Close the access door (23).
