(1) Turn the cover (2) counterclockwise to release it from the shank (3) (refer to Step 1).
(2) Carefully lift and remove the cover (2) together with the spout (1) and the tube (4) from the shank (3) (refer to Step 2).
(3) Fill the soap dispenser with liquid soap through the shank (3) (refer to Step 3).
(5) Turn the cover (2) clockwise until it is locked in position on the shank (3).

(a) Turn the pump-assembly (1) counter-clockwise with your fingers and remove it from the soap outlet (2).
(b) Use a FUNNEL and fill the bottle with weak liquid soap.
(c) Install the pump assembly (1) in the soap outlet (2) and tighten it clockwise with your fingers.
(d) Operate the pump assembly (1) several times until soap comes out of the soap outlet (2).
(e) Remove the unwanted soap with a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(f) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

B. Installation of the Soap Dispenser
(1) Install the spout (2) together with the shank (3), the washer (4) and the rubber washer (5) on the wash basin assembly (10).
(2) Install the lock-washer (6), the rubber washer (7) and the lock-nut (8).
(3) Install the soap container (9).
(4) Close the access door (1).
Subtask 25-45-14-420-050-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Install the spout (2) together with the shank (3), the washer (4) and the rubber washer (5) on the wash basin assembly (10).
(2) Install the lock-washer (6), the rubber washer (7) and the lock-nut (8).
(3) Install the soap container (9).
(4) Close the access door (1).
B. Installation of the Soap Dispenser
(1) Install the new filter (10) on the soap container (11) as necessary.
(2) Install the piston (3) together with the shank (6) and the spring (4) on the wash basin assembly (5).
(3) Install the tooth-lock washer (7), the rubber washer (8) and the retaining-nut (9).
(4) Install the soap container (11).
(5) Replace the placard (2) as necessary.
(6) Close the access door (1).

(2) Install the piston (3) together with the shank (6) and the spring (4) on the wash basin assembly (5).

(4) Install the soap container (11).
(5) Replace the placard (2) as necessary.
(6) Close the access door (1).
B. Installation of the Soap Dispenser
(1) Put the soap outlet (2) and the seal (3) in position on the wash basin assembly and install and tighten the nut (4).
(2) Install the knurled nut (5) and the soap bottle (6).
(3) Install the pump assembly (1) in the soap outlet (2) and tighten it clockwise with your fingers.
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(5) Close the access door.

CAUTION:
DO NOT USE INDUSTRIAL HAND CLEANERS, NATURAL SOAPS AND CLEANING AGENTS THAT CONTAIN ABRASIVES, SOLVENTS OR A LARGE PROPORTION OF DISINFECTANT.
THESE MATERIALS CAN CAUSE THE PUMP MECHANISM TO WEAR MORE QUICKLY.
C. Fill the Soap Dispenser (1) Turn the cover (2) counterclockwise to release it from the shank (3) (refer to Step 1).
(2) Carefully lift and remove the cover (2) together with the spout (1) and the tube (4) from the shank (3) (refer to Step 2).
(3) Fill the soap dispenser with liquid soap through the shank (3) (refer to Step 3).
NOTE: For maximum performance of the liquid soap dispenser, use the liquid soap PN 83-182 - Supplier CWF Chemie Frankfurt GmbH.
If you use an equivalent liquid soap, it must have the viscosity of less than 30mPa.S.
(4) Carefully put the cover (2) together with the spout (1) and the tube (4) on the shank (3). If you use an equivalent liquid soap, it must have the viscosity of less than 30mPa.S.
(5) Turn the cover (2) clockwise until it is locked in position on the shank (3).
CAUTION:
DO NOT USE INDUSTRIAL HAND CLEANERS, NATURAL SOAPS AND CLEANING AGENTS THAT CONTAIN ABRASIVES, SOLVENTS OR A LARGE PROPORTION OF DISINFECTANT.
THESE MATERIALS CAN CAUSE THE PUMP MECHANISM TO WEAR MORE QUICKLY.
C. Servicing of the Soap Dispenser NOTE: The dispenser is applicable for normal liquid hand-cleaning agents, soap creams and dish-washing agents for household use.
We recommend that you use mild, biodegradable, fully synthetic agents.
(1) Fill the bottle of the soap dispenser. We recommend that you use mild, biodegradable, fully synthetic agents.
(a) Turn the pump-assembly (1) counter-clockwise with your fingers and remove it from the soap outlet (2).
(b) Use a FUNNEL and fill the bottle with weak liquid soap.
(c) Install the pump assembly (1) in the soap outlet (2) and tighten it clockwise with your fingers.
(d) Operate the pump assembly (1) several times until soap comes out of the soap outlet (2).
(e) Remove the unwanted soap with a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(f) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
D. Do an Operational Test of the Soap Dispenser
(1) Press the spout on the soap dispenser and make sure that the dispenser operates correctly.
