B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Depressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
(2) On the water service panel, put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the potable water system.

(2) On the water service panel, put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the potable water system.
C. At the applicable galley, on the galley control panel, open, safety and tag the related circuit breaker(s) of the steam oven(s).
4. ProcedureSubtask 25-35-19-020-052-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Steam Oven
(2) Remove the screws (1).
(3) Disconnect the water supply line as follows:
(b) Hold the steam oven (2) in position.
(c) Disconnect the water supply line (3).
(4) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(5) Remove the steam oven (2) from the guide rails (4).
(6) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
WARNING:
DO NOT TOUCH THE UNIT UNTIL IT IS SUFFICIENTLY COOL TO PREVENT BURNS WHEN YOU DO THE MAINTENANCE TASK(S).
WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) If necessary, remove the trolley(s). (2) Remove the screws (1).
(3) Disconnect the water supply line as follows:
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO WORK ON IT.
WARNING:
DO NOT DO WORK ON THE WASTE WATER SYSTEM AND THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM AT THE SAME TIME.
THIS WILL PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. SUCH CONTAMINATION CAN BE DANGEROUS TO HEALTH.
WARNING:
ALWAYS USE RUBBER GLOVES WHEN YOU DO WORK:
(a) Carefully pull the steam oven (2) to disconnect the electrical connector and to get access to the potable water connection. - ON THE WASTE WATER SYSTEM, OR
- ON PARTS THAT HAVE CONTAMINATION FROM THE WASTE WATER SYSTEM.
(b) Hold the steam oven (2) in position.
(c) Disconnect the water supply line (3).
(4) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(5) Remove the steam oven (2) from the guide rails (4).
(6) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
