3. Job Set-up
Subtask 25-34-51-860-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) If necessary, make sure that the decorative material(s) is (are) removed.
(3) On the overhead panel, on AIR COND panel 30VU:
(a) Make sure that these pushbutton switches are released:

APU BLEED pushbutton switch (the ON legend is off)
All the ENG BLEED pushbutton switches (the OFF legends are on)
PACK 1 and PACK 2 pushbutton switches (the OFF legends are on).

(b) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S)is (are) in position to tell persons not to operate these pushbutton switches.
(4) On the High Pressure (HP) and Low Pressure (LP) ground-air connectors:
(a) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to connect the ground air supply.

4. Procedure

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do a visual inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

B. Installation of the Air Chiller Unit - Galley 2
(1) Unless specified, TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).

WARNING: SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

(2) Install the Air Chiller

Air Chiller - Galley 2 ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

(a) Carefully put the air chiller (7) in position and install the screws (8).
(b) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(c) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(d) Connect the electrical connector (10) to the connector (9).
(e) Put the side panel (3) in position and install the screws (4).
(f) Put the shelf assembly (5) in position and install the screws (6).
(g) Put the panel (2) in position and install the screws (4).

C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

D. Safety Precautions
(1) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S) from:
- The HP and LP ground-air connectors
- AIR COND panel 30VU.

E. Operational Test
(1) Do the operational test of the air chiller unit as follows:
(a) On the galley control panel, make sure that all the applicable circuit breakers of the forward galley are closed.

ACTION	RESULT
1.On the overhead panel, on ELEC panel 35VU: Push GALLEY pushbutton switch (2XA).	On GALLEY pushbutton switch (2XA): The OFF legend goes off.
	On the galley control panel: The POWER indicator light comes on.
2.On the galley control panel: Put the AIR CHILLER ON/OFF switch to ON.	On the galley control panel: The SYSTEM OPERATE indicator light comes on.
Put the AIR CHILLER ON/OFF switch to OFF.	The SYSTEM OPERATE indicator light goes off.
3.On the overhead panel, on ELEC panel 35VU: Release GALLEY pushbutton switch (2XA).	On GALLEY pushbutton switch (2XA): The OFF legend comes on.
	On the galley control panel: The POWER indicator light goes off.
