A. Repair of Loose Baby-Bassinet Inserts
(2) Do a visual inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) If necessary clean the insert (1) with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(5) If necessary hold the shouldered bush insert (2) in position.
(6) Carefully apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the insert (1) and install it.
(7) Make sure that there is no adhesive in the hole of the insert (1).
(8) Let the adhesive cure.
(9) Attach a baby bassinet to the repaired insert and make sure that the baby bassinet engages correctly.
5. Close-upNOTE: This procedure is only applicable for segmented-and-screwed baby bassinet inserts (referred to as inserts).
(1) Remove the insert (1).(2) Do a visual inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
