A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the pitch controls.
   (2) Put a warning notice in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Green and Yellow hydraulic systems.

B. Get Access
   (1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 10M (33 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position at the vertical stabilizer leading-edge.
   (2) Remove the access panel 324AT (Ref. AMM TASK 55-34-11-000-001).

A. Inspection
F Electrical Harnesses - Inspection
   (1) Do a general visual inspection of the components on these harnesses:
  • 4202VB,
  • 4204VB.
     (a) Do a check of the general condition of these components and make sure that they are correctly attached:
  • electrical bonding leads,
  • braided conduits,
  • clamps,
  • electrical connectors,
  • braided shields.

     (b) Make sure that there is no sign of contamination ESPM 2055000 and corrosion ESPM 2053320.

A. Close Access
   (1) Install the access panel 324AT (Ref. AMM TASK 55-34-11-400-001).
