A. Cleaning of the Forward Attendant Panel
CAUTION: USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED MATERIALS AND OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURERS. OTHER MATERIALS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SURFACE PROTECTION OF THE COMPONENTS AND THE RELATED AREA.
   (1) Remove the loose dirt from the surface with a BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT.
   (2) Carefully clean the display unit and the hard-key panel with Aqueous Cleaner-Visual Display Unit - - (Material No.08AGA1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
WARNING: WHEN YOU USE COMPRESSED AIR:
  • USE THE CORRECT PROTECTION (FACE SHIELD OR GOGGLES)
  • DO NOT POINT THE AIRFLOW AT YOURSELF OR OTHER PERSONS.
LOOSE PARTICLES AND/OR HIGH PRESSURE AIR CAN CAUSE INJURY.
WARNING: WHEN YOU USE COMPRESSED AIR FOR CLEANING OR DRYING, MAKE SURE THAT THE PRESSURE IS NOT MORE THAN 30 PSIG (206.8 KPA). IF THE PRESSURE IS MORE THAN 30 PSIG (206.8 KPA), INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR.
   (3) Carefully dry the display unit and the hard-key panel with an AIR SOURCE 2 BAR (30 PSI) - REGULATED, FILTERED, DRY.

A. Cleaning of the Flight Attendant Panel
CAUTION: USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED MATERIALS AND OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURERS. OTHER MATERIALS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SURFACE PROTECTION OF THE COMPONENTS AND THE RELATED AREA.
   (1) On the FAP push the SCREEN 30 sec. LOCK button to prevent operations on the FAP.
   (2) Remove the loose dirt from the surface with a BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT.
   (3) If necessary push the SCREEN 30 sec. LOCK button on the FAP again.
   (4) Carefully clean the display unit and the hard-key panel with Aqueous Cleaner-Visual Display Unit - - (Material No.08AGA1) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
WARNING: WHEN YOU USE COMPRESSED AIR:
  • USE THE CORRECT PROTECTION (FACE SHIELD OR GOGGLES)
  • DO NOT POINT THE AIRFLOW AT YOURSELF OR OTHER PERSONS.
