A. General
(1) To prevent contamination of the cleaning agent:
(a) Do not put the BRUSH - BRISTLED, FIBER, MEDIUM into the Aqueous Cleaner-Carpet Shampoo Type - (Material No.08AEB1) .
(b) Do not put the BRUSH - BRISTLED, FIBER, STIFF into the Aqueous Cleaner-Aircraft Interior - - (Material No.08ACA1) .

B. Cleaning of the Carpets

CAUTION: OBEY THE CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY THE CARPET MANUFACTURER. IF THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN IN THE PROCEDURE BELOW, OBEY THE CARPET MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THE CARPET MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS, THERE IS A RISK THAT THE FLAMMABILITY RESISTANCE AND THE VISUAL CONDITION OF THE CARPET WILL CHANGE.

(1) General
(a) Before you clean the carpet, make sure that you obey the cleaning instructions of the carpet manufacturer.
(b) If the carpet was cleaned incorrectly, replace it with a new carpet.
(2) Remove the dirt:
(a) Clean the area with the VACUUM CLEANER.
(b) Use the medium-fiber bristled brush to lift the carpet pile.

CAUTION: BEFORE YOU CLEAN THE CARPET, ALWAYS REFER TO THE CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE MANUFACTURER. WATER, CARPET SHAMPOO OR OTHER PRODUCTS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CARPET.

(3) Remove the stain(s):
(a) Soak the area of the stain with warm clean water.
(b) Dry the wet area of the stain with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(c) Carefully apply Aqueous Cleaner-Carpet Shampoo Type - (Material No.08AEB1) to the area of the stain, then use the medium-fiber bristled brush and clean the stain.
(d) Dry the wet area of the stain with the lint-free cotton textile.
(e) Use the medium-fiber bristled brush to lift the carpet pile.

C. Cleaning of the NTF
(1) Remove the loose dirt from surface with the vacuum cleaner.
(2) Apply Aqueous Cleaner-Aircraft Interior - - (Material No.08ACA1) to the surface with the stiff-fiber bristled brush.
(3) Clean the surface with the lint-free cotton textile and warm water.
(4) Dry the surface with the lint-free cotton textile.
