Subtask 32-31-00-860-093-A

A. Test
(1) Do a check of the Post Flight Report:

if two CFDS R L/G DOOR CLOSED PROX SNSR TGT POS messages related to the same door, for the same flight are shown
or
if the ECAM WARNING, DOORS NOT CLOSED with two CFDS R L/G DOOR CLOSED PROX SNSR TGT POS messages related to the same door are shown
or
if the MLG door was difficult to open on the ground.

(a) Do the fault isolation procedure in Para. 4.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 32-31-00-810-119-A

A. Procedure
(1) Do the detailed inspection of the RH MLG door retraction system components AMM 32-31-00-200-003 and AMM 32-31-00-210-002.
(2) Do a check of the RH MLG door clearance AMM 32-12-11-400-001.
(3) Do the detailed inspection of the RH MLG door uplock unit and rollers AMM 32-31-00-200-001.
(4) Do the detailed inspection of the RH MLG door forward and aft fittings AMM 52-81-00-200-001.
(5) Correct all the faults that you find.
(6) Do the Functional Test of the Normal Extension and Retraction System AMM 32-31-00-720-002.
(7) If the MLG doors close in the correct time but do not uplock:
(a) Replace the UPLOCK ASSY-MLG DOOR, R [2520GM] AMM 32-31-33-000-001 and AMM 32-31-33-400-002.
(8) If the fault continues:
(a) Operate the MLG doors 10 times. Use the Ground Door Opening handle AMM 32-12-00-710-002.

NOTE: This will bleed the door open/close hydraulic system.

(9) If the fault continues:
(a) Replace the 2522GM AMM 32-31-35-000-001 and AMM 32-31-35-000-001.
(10) If the fault continues:
(a) Replace the BYPASS VALVE-MLG DOOR GROUND OPENING, R [2518GM] AMM 32-31-13-000-001 and AMM 32-31-13-400-001.
(11) If the fault continues:
(a) Replace the [41GA] AMM 32-31-34-000-001 and AMM 32-31-34-400-001.
(b) Replace the MANIFOLD ASSY-L/G AND DOOR SELECTOR VALVES [2524GM] AMM 32-31-31-000-001 and AMM 32-31-31-400-001.
(12) If the fault continues:
(a) Do the TSM task (Ref. TSM TASK 32-31-00-810-898).

5. Close-up
Subtask 32-31-00-942-061-A

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
