Blue Hydraulic System Low Pressure/Overheat Caused by User System Fault
1. Possible Causes
- user system component internal leak
A. Referenced Information
| REFERENCE | DESIGNATION |
|---|---|
| TSM TASK 29-12-00-810-802-A | Overheat Indication of the Blue Hydraulic System |
| TSM TASK 29-12-00-810-805-A | Loss of the System Pressure of the Blue Hydraulic System |
Subtask 29-12-00-700-052-A
A. Test
(1) If there are overheat and or low pressure indications:
(a) Do the Fault Isolation.
4. Fault Isolation(1) If there are overheat and or low pressure indications:
(a) Do the Fault Isolation.
NOTE: A low pressure or overheat indication can be caused by a user system component internal leak .
Subtask 29-12-00-810-085-A
A. Procedure
(1) Make sure that all the user systems of the Blue HYD system that follow have no defects:
(a) Do the procedures for the Blue HYD system Low Pressure and Overheat, (Ref. TSM TASK 29-12-00-810-805) and (Ref. TSM TASK 29-12-00-810-802).
(3) If the aircraft is on a remote site and the necessary metering equipment is not available, do the procedures as far as possible:
(a) Examine the user system components for an unusual increase in noise and temperature.
(b) Replace a system component that shows an unusual increase in noise and or temperature.
(4) Do the applicable test in Para. 3. A. of (Ref. TSM TASK 29-12-00-810-802) and (Ref. TSM TASK 29-12-00-810-805).
5. Close-up(1) Make sure that all the user systems of the Blue HYD system that follow have no defects:
- LH and RH Ailerons
- LH and RH Spoilers 3
- LH and RH Elevators
- LH and RH Slats Wing Tip Brake
- LH and RH Flaps Wing Tip Brake
- Rudder
- Slats
- Constant Speed Motor/Generator.
Subtask 29-12-00-942-050-A
A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
