Subtask 28-24-00-810-053-A
A. Procedure
(1) Set the ENG/MASTER 1 (3KC) switch (on the panel 115VU) to OFF.
(2) Disconnect the connector 9QG-A from the ACTUATOR-LP FUEL VALVE, ENG 1 (9QG).
(3) Examine the ENG 1 LP fuel valve symbol on the ECAM system FUEL page.
(a) If the ENG 1 LP fuel valve symbol:
(a) Temporarily put a ground on the connector 9QG-A, pin B.
1 Examine the ENG 1 LP fuel valve symbol on the ECAM system FUEL page and make a record of the symbol shown.
2 Remove the ground temporarily put on the connector 9QG-A, pin B.
(b) Temporarily put a ground on the connector 9QG-A, pin D.
1 Examine the ENG 1 LP fuel valve symbol on the ECAM system FUEL page and make a record of the symbol shown.
2 Remove the ground temporarily put on the connector 9QG-A, pin D.
(c) Compare the records of the checks in the steps (a) and (b) with the table that follows:
1 If the records of the ENG 1 LP fuel valve symbols shown:
(a) Repair all the unserviceable wiring and connectors ESPM 2053210.
(b) Connect the connector 9QG-A to the ACTUATOR-LP FUEL VALVE, ENG 1 (9QG).
(c) Do the test given in Para, 3.A.
(6) If the fault continues:
(a) Replace the ACTUATOR-LP FUEL VALVE, ENG 1 [9QG] AMM 28-24-51-000-001 and AMM 28-24-51-400-001.
(b) Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
(7) If the fault continues (the symbol does not show in transit in step (3) or it does not agree with the table given in step (4)).
(a) Do a check of the aircraft wiring AWM 315477 between:
(c) Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
(8) If the fault continues:
(a) Open the C/Bs 3WV (SDAC1) and 2WV (SDAC2) in turn:
(b) If the fault is displayed on the powered (or the active) SDAC, swap (interchange) the SDACs to confirm the faulty LRU.
(c) Replace the SDAC-1 [1WV1] or SDAC-2 [1WV2] AMM 31-55-34-000-001 and AMM 31-55-34-400-001 that causes the incorrect ENG 1 LP fuel valve symbol to be shown on the ECAM system FUEL page.
(d) Connect the connector 9QG-A to the ACTUATOR-LP FUEL VALVE, ENG 1 (9QG).
(e) Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
(9) If the fault continues:
(a) Remove the SDAC-1 [1WV1] AMM 31-55-34-000-001.
(b) On the FUEL page, do a check of the ENG 1 LP VALVE symbol.
(c) If the ENG 1 LP VALVE symbol does not display correctly, replace the SDAC-1 [1WV1] AMM 31-55-34-000-001 and AMM 31-55-34-400-001.
(d) Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
- shows in transit (a diagonal amber line), do step (4)
- does not show in transit, do step (7).
