- replace the PACKAGE E-PUMP [2075GJ] AMM 29-12-51-000-001 and AMM 29-12-51-400-001.
- do the check of the internal leak rate AMM 29-00-00-280-002,
- replace the defective unit.
B. Electric Test
(1) Do the operational test of the Emergency generation system AMM 24-24-00-710-001.

- The line between AC 1 bus and AC ESS bus comes on,
- The line between DC 1 bus and DC ESS bus comes on,
- The line between EMER GEN and AC ESS bus goes off,
- The line between EMER GEN and ESS TR goes off,
- The EMER GEN voltage and frequency come on green.

B. Electric Test

4. Fault Isolation(1) Do the operational test of the Emergency generation system AMM 24-24-00-710-001.
(a) Do the trouble shooting given in Para. 4.B. when, during the operational test:

- The line between AC 1 bus and AC ESS bus comes on,
- The line between DC 1 bus and DC ESS bus comes on,
- The line between EMER GEN and AC ESS bus goes off,
- The line between EMER GEN and ESS TR goes off,

B. If the test confirms the fault:
Subtask 24-24-00-810-057-A - replace the
RELAY-EMER CONDITION (12XE) .
- do a check and repair the wiring between respectively:
. the pin X of the CSM/G control unit (1XE) and the pin A/X of the EMER CONDITION relay (12XE)
. the pin A/Z of this relay (12XE) and the ground
ASM 242402.
C. If the test confirms the fault:
Subtask 24-24-00-810-058-A - On the EMER ELEC PWR panel 21VU, open the guard, push and hold the EMER GEN TEST pushbutton switch and at the same time
do a check for 28VDC on the pin A/b of the CSM/G control unit (1XE)
ASM 242402
NOTE: There is 28VDC during 6 s only.
(1) If there is 28VDC: - Replace the CONTROL UNIT-CSM/G [1XE] AMM 24-24-34-000-001 and AMM 24-24-34-400-001.
- Do a check of the wiring ASM 242402 between:
. The pin A/X of the CSM/G control unit (1XE) to the pin B/M of the AC essential-bus switching-contactor (3XC),
. The pin B/P to the pin A/M of the AC essential-bus switching-contactor (3XC),
. The pin A/P of the AC essential-bus switching-contactor (3XC) to the pin X of the emergency GLC (2XE),
. The pin Z of the emergency GLC (2XE) to the ground.
- Repair the wiring .
- Replace the CNTOR-AC ESS BUS SWITCHING [3XC] AMM 24-25-55-000-001 and AMM 24-25-55-400-001.
- Do a check and repair the wiring between:
. The pin A/N of the CSM/G control unit (1XE) and the pin 4/A of the CSM/G (8XE)
. The pin 4/B of the CSM/G (8XE) and the ground.
- Replace the CSM/G [8XE] AMM 24-24-51-000-001 and AMM 24-24-51-400-001.
- Replace the PACKAGE E-PUMP [2075GJ] AMM 29-12-51-000-001 and AMM 29-12-51-400-001.
- Replace the
RELAY-EMER GEN TEST CONDITION (16XE) , RELAY-EMER AUTO LOG CONDITION [17XE] , RELAY-EMER AUTO LOG CONDITION [18XE] ,RELAY-RAT EXTN INHIB CONDITION (20XE) ,RELAY-CSM/G EV SPLY MONG (22XE) , RELAY-SPEED CONDITION, 2 [3PH] , RELAY-BUS 1XP CTL [15XC] , RELAY-BUS 2XP CTL [16XC] and P/BSW-EMER ELEC PWR/EMER GEN TEST [23XE] .
- Do a check of the status of the circuit breakers (6XE) and (7XE).
- Do a check and repair the wiring between respectively:
. The circuit breaker (6XE) and the pin 7 of the pushbutton (23XE)
. The pin 8 of the pushbutton (23XE) and the pin A/X of the relay (16XE) through the relays (15XC) and (16XC)
. The circuit breaker (7XE) and the pins A/X1 and A/B2 of the relay (20XE), through the relays (17XE) and (18XE)
. The pin A/X2 of the relay (20XE) and the ground, through the relay (3PH)
. The pin A/B1 of the relay (20XE) and the pin A/X1 of the relay (22XE)
. The pin A/X2 of the relay (22XE) and the ground
. The pin A/B1 of the relay (20XE) and the pin A/b of the CSM/G control unit (1XE), through the relays (22XE)
ASM 242402.
- Do the procedure (Ref. TSM TASK 24-00-00-810-803).
- Replace the C/B-CSM/G /EV/MAN/SPLY [6XE] .
- Do the procedure (Ref. TSM TASK 24-00-00-810-803).
- Replace the C/B-ELEC/CSM/G /EV AUTO/SPLY [7XE] .
- Do a check of the wiring of the timer (33XE) electrical circuit (Ref. TSM TASK 24-24-00-810-805).
D. If the test confirms the fault:
Subtask 24-24-00-810-064-C - Replace the CNTOR-ESS TR [3PE] AMM 24-34-55-000-001 and AMM 24-34-55-400-001.
- Do a check of the status of the ESS TR CTL SPLY circuit breaker (5PE).
- Do a check and repair the wiring between:
. the pin A/G of the ESS TR contactor (3PE) and the pin B/F of the ESS TR (1PE)
. the pin A/E of the contactor (3PE) and the pin A/G of the contactor (4PC)
. the pins A/G and B/3 of the ESS TR contactor (3PE) ASM 243401 and ASM 246201.
- Do the procedure (Ref. TSM TASK 24-00-00-810-803).
- Replace the C/B-ESS TR/CNTOR/CTL [5PE] .
E. If the test confirms the fault:
Subtask 24-24-00-810-066-A - do a check for ground at the pin A/Z of the CSM/G control unit (1XE) ASM 242402.
- replace the CONTROL UNIT-CSM/G [1XE] AMM 24-24-34-000-001 and AMM 24-24-34-400-001.
- replace the RELAY-SPEED CONDITION, 2 [3PH] .
- do a check for ground at the pin AA/2D of the LGCIU-1 (5GA1) ASM 243801.
- replace the LGCIU-1 [5GA1] .
- do check and repair the wiring between:
. the pin AA/2D of the LGCIU-1 (5GA1) and the pin A/B of the relay (3PH),
. the pin A/3 of the relay (3PH) and the pin A/Z of the CSM/G control unit (1XE).
F. If the test confirms the fault:
Subtask 24-24-00-810-068-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL - Do a check of the wiring ASM 242401 for a short to ground or a short to shield condition between:
. Pin A/F and A/G of the CSM/G Control Unit (1XE)
. Pin A/F and A/H of the CSM/G Control Unit
. Pin A/F and A/J of the CSM/G Control Unit.
- Repair it.
- Do a check for an open circuit and repair the wiring ASM 242401 between:
. Pin 2/F of the CSM/G (8XE) and pin A/G of the CSM/G control unit (1XE)
. Pin 2/G of the CSM/G and pin A/H of the CSM/G control unit
. Pin 2/H of the CSM/G and pin A/J of the CSM/G control unit.
G. If the test confirms the fault:
(1) Replace the RELAY-EMER AUTO LOG CONDITION [17XE] .
(a) If the fault continues:
Subtask 24-24-00-710-061-A (1) Replace the RELAY-EMER AUTO LOG CONDITION [17XE] .
(a) If the fault continues:
- Disconnect electrical connector A from the control unit CSM/G (1XE) AMM 24-24-34-000-001.
- On electrical connector A, make sure that ASM 242401:
- The voltage between pins A/a and A/c is approximately 25VDC.
- There is no voltage between pins A/b and A/c.
- The ground on pin A/Z is correct.
- Connect a voltmeter between pins A/b and A/c.
- Push and hold the EMER GEN TEST pushbutton and make sure that ASM 242401:
- The voltage is approximately 25VDC during six seconds.
- There is no ground on pin A/Z.
- Release the EMER GEN TEST pushbutton switch.
- Replace the CONTROL UNIT-CSM/G [1XE] AMM 24-24-34-000-001 and AMM 24-24-34-400-001.
- Connect electrical connector A to the control unit CSM/G (1XE) again AMM 24-24-34-400-001.
- Continue the trouble shooting.
- Remove the CSM/G electro-valve supply monitoring-relay (22XE).
- Connect a voltmeter between pin A/B2 on the base of the CSM/G electro-valve supply monitoring-relay (22XE) and the ground ASM 242402.
- Push the EMER GEN TEST pushbutton switch and make sure that the voltage is approximately 28VDC.
- Replace the
RELAY-CSM/G EV SPLY MONG (22XE) and MODULE DIODE UNIT [2401VD]
- Replace the
RELAY-RAT EXTN INHIB CONDITION (20XE) .
- Remove the RAT extension inhibit condition relay (20XE).
- Push and hold the EMER GEN TEST pushbutton switch and make sure that the voltage between pins A/X1 and A/X2 on of RAT extension inhibit condition-relay (20XE) is approximately 28VDC ASM 242402:
- Replace the
RELAY-RAT EXTN INHIB CONDITION (20XE) .
- Do a check of the voltage between pin A/X1 on the base of the RAT extension inhibit condition-relay (20XE) and the ground ASM 242402:
- Replace the RELAY-SPEED CONDITION, 2 [3PH] ,
RELAY-EMER GEN TEST CONDITION (16XE) , diode module 1162VD and C/B-ELEC/CSM/G /EV AUTO/SPLY [7XE] .
H. Do the test given in Para. 3.
