A. Test
(1) Do the CIDS Interface and Power-Up test through the CFDS.

A. If the test gives a different maintenance message, do the trouble shooting procedure related to the maintenance message.

B. If there is no EVAC RESET function on one 2064VU panel:
(1) On the Cockpit, on the overhead panel 21VU, set the EVAC/CAPT&PURS/CAPT switch to the CAPT&PURS position.
(2) On the Flight Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH, push the EVAC CMD pushbutton switch.
(3) Connect an electrical test cable at the related 2064VU panel between pin 1 and pin 2
ASM 237324 up to ASM 237327.
(4) Do a check if there is a reset of the EVAC indication:
(a) If there is a reset of the EVAC indication:

Replace the related panel 2064VU.

(b) If there is no reset of the EVAC indication:

Connect an electrical test cable at the related DEU-B between pin 20 of connector C and pin 18 of connector D
ASM 237324 up to ASM 237327.
Do a check if there is a reset of the EVAC indication:

1 If there is a reset of the EVAC indication:
a Do a check of the wiring for continuity ESPM 205221 and short circuit ESPM 205222 from:

The related DEU-B pin 18 of connector D to the related 2064VU pin 1
The related DEU-B pin 20 of connector C to the related 2064VU pin 2
ASM 237324 up to ASM 237327.

2 If there is no reset of the EVAC indication:

Replace the related DEU-B AMM 23-73-47-000-001 and AMM 23-73-47-400-001.

C. If there is no EVAC RESET function on all 2064VU panels:

do the trouble shooting procedure.
