  • wiring of the ARINC Buses from the FMGC 1 (1CA1) (FADEC OWN A and FADEC OWN B) to the EEC 1 (4000KS) (EEC OUTPUT 1 (CHANNEL A and B))
  • CNTOR-DC ESS BUS SUPPLY [4PC]
  • wiring between pin B/10 of the DC ESS-BUS supply contactor (4PC) and the pin A/D2 of the BUS 1XP control relay (20XN1)

3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 22-31-00-710-050-A
A. Test
   (1) On the FCU, push the A/THR pushbutton switch.
   (2) Do the operational test of the AFS AMM 22-96-00-710-001 and read the result for the FMGC 1.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 22-31-00-810-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS: FMGC1/ATHR ENGD FDBK:
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • Do a check and repair the wiring of the ATH OWN ENGD MON OWN and ATH OWN ENGD COM OWN discretes (on the FMGC 1 (1CA1)) (from pin AE/12E to pin AE/1F and from pin AB/12D to pin AB/1F) ASM 223101.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring of ATH OWN ENGD MON OPP and ATH OWN ENGD COM OPP discretes (on the FMGC 1 (1CA1)) (from pin AD/14F to pin AE/1D and from pin AA/14D to pin AB/1D) ASM 223101.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring of the ARINC Buses from the FMGC 1 (1CA1) (FADEC OPP A and FADEC OPP B) to the EEC 2 (4000KS) (EEC OUTPUT 1 (CHANNEL A and B)) ASM 228601.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring of the ARINC Buses from the FMGC 1 (1CA1) (FADEC OWN A and FADEC OWN B) to the EEC 1 (4000KS) (EEC OUTPUT 1 (CHANNEL A and B)) ASM 228601.
   (2) If the fault continues:

  • Do a check and repair the wiring between pin B/10 of the DC ESS-BUS supply contactor (4PC) and the pin A/D2 of the BUS 1XP control relay (20XN1) ASM 243502.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring between pin B/10 of the DC ESS-BUS supply contactor (4PC) and the pin A/D2 of the BUS 2XP control relay (20XN2) ASM 243502.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring between pin B/12 of the DC ESS-BUS supply contactor (4PC) and the pin A/B1 of the TR1-fault switching supply-relay (8PC1) ASM 243502.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring between pin B/12 of the DC ESS-BUS supply contactor (4PC) and the pin A/B1 of the TR2-fault switching supply-relay (8PC2) ASM 243502.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring between pin B/12 of the DC NORM-BUS 1 switching contactor (1PC1) and the pin B/18 of the DC ESS-BUS supply contactor (4PC) ASM 243502.

  • Do a check and repair the wiring of the ATH OWN ENGD MON OWN and ATH OWN ENGD COM OWN discretes (on the FMGC 1 (1CA1)) (from pin AE/12E to pin AE/1F and from pin AB/12D to pin AB/1F) ASM 223101.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring of ATH OWN ENGD MON OPP and ATH OWN ENGD COM OPP discretes (on the FMGC 1 (1CA1)) (from pin AD/14F to pin AE/1D and from pin AA/14D to pin AB/1D) ASM 223101.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring of the ARINC Buses from the FMGC 1 (1CA1) (FADEC OWN A and FADEC OWN B) to the ECU Eng 2 (4000KS) (ECU OUTPUT 1 (CHANNEL A and B)) ASM 228601.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring of the ARINC Buses from the FMGC 1 (1CA1) (FADEC OWN A and FADEC OWN B) to the ECU Eng 1 (4000KS) (ECU OUTPUT 1 (CHANNEL A and B)) ASM 228601.

  • Do a check and repair the wiring between pin B/12 of the DC ESS-BUS supply contactor (4PC) and the pin A/B1 of the TR2-fault switching supply-relay (8PC2) ASM 243502.
