4. ProcedureSubtask 78-30-00-040-078-A
A. Deactivate the Thrust Reverser System before First Flight after ECAM Warning REV PRESSURIZED:
(1) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(2) Do the Thrust reverser ICV test (menu mode) (Ref. AMM TASK 73-29-00-740-805):
(a) Make sure that the thrust reverser system does not deploy during the test.
(3) Check for warning on the upper ECAM display unit:
(a) On the ENG section of the maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is released (the ON legend comes on).
(b) Make sure that the ENG 1(2) REV UNLOCKED warnings do not come into view.
(4) Deactivate the thrust reverser for flight (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-040-808).
(5) Check for warning on the upper ECAM display unit:
(a) Make sure that the ENG 1(2) REV INHIBITED warning comes into view.

(2) Do the Thrust reverser ICV test (menu mode) (Ref. AMM TASK 73-29-00-740-805):

B. Deactivate the Thrust Reverser System Before Every Next Flights.
(1) If ENG 1(2) REV PRESSURIZED warning stays indicated after TR Inhibition, test and deactivate the thrust reverser system:
(a) Do the reactivation of the Thrust Reverser System after Flight (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-440-808).
(b) Do the Thrust reverser ICV test (menu mode) (Ref. AMM TASK 73-29-00-740-805):
1 Make sure that the thrust reverser system does not deploy during the test.
(c) Deactivate the thrust reverser for flight (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-040-808).
(2) If ENG 1(2) REV PRESSURIZED warning is no more indicated after TR inhibition, no additional action is required.
5. Close-up(1) If ENG 1(2) REV PRESSURIZED warning stays indicated after TR Inhibition, test and deactivate the thrust reverser system:
(a) Do the reactivation of the Thrust Reverser System after Flight (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-440-808).
(b) Do the Thrust reverser ICV test (menu mode) (Ref. AMM TASK 73-29-00-740-805):
1 Make sure that the thrust reverser system does not deploy during the test.
(c) Deactivate the thrust reverser for flight (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-040-808).
(2) If ENG 1(2) REV PRESSURIZED warning is no more indicated after TR inhibition, no additional action is required.
