3. Job Set-up

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
   (2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

B. Get Access
   (1) Open the fan cowls doors (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-010-040):
     (a) FOR [1000EM1] (ENGINE-1)

   (2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) in position.

4. Procedure
Subtask 73-11-30-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the LPTACC fuel manifold.
F Removal/Installation of the LPTACC Fuel Tube Manifold ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
   (1) Connect the LPTACC fuel manifold plate (20) to the fuel manifold (80) as follows:
     (a) Make sure the related mating surfaces are clean.
     (b) Make sure the gasket (70) is in good condition. If not, replace by a new one.
     (c) Lubricate AIPC 73-11-31-01-070 GASKET SEAL (70) with engine oil (Material No.CP2442) and install between flanges of the fuel manifold (80) and the LPTACC fuel manifold plate (20). Make sure to align fuel passage holes correctly.
     (d) Lubricate four bolts (60) with graphite grease (Material No.CP2101) and install with nuts (50) to attach the LPTACC fuel manifold plate (20) to the fuel manifold (80).
     (e) TORQUE the four bolts (60) to between 110 and 100 lbf.in (1.24 and 1.13 m.daN ) T.
   (2) Connect the LPTACC fuel manifold plate (20) to the LPTACC valve (10) as follows:
     (a) Make sure the related mating surfaces are clean.
     (b) Make sure the gasket (40) is in good condition. If not, replace by a new one.
     (c) Lubricate AIPC 75-22-10-01-030 GASKET (40) with engine oil (Material No.CP2442) and install between the flanges of the LPTACC fuel manifold plate (20) and the LPTACC valve (10). Make sure to align fuel passage holes correctly.
     (d) Lubricate four bolts (30) with graphite grease (Material No.CP2101) and install to attach the LPTACC fuel manifold plate (20) to the LPTACC valve (10).
     (e) TORQUE the four bolts (30) to between 130 and 100 lbf.in (1.47 and 1.13 m.daN ) T.

B. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Close the thrust reverser doors (Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-00-410-040):
