A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

B. Make sure that the fan cowl doors are open: (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-010-040)

4. Procedure
Subtask 71-73-49-420-087-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Installation of the Fuel Servos Drain-Tubes.
(1) Remove the protective covers from all the tubes and fittings.
(2) Connect the fireshield to servos drain tube (50) to the fitting on the fireshield. Do not torque the coupling at this time.
(3) Attach the tube (50) to the bracket on the engine fairlead with the clamp (5), the screw (10), the washer (15), and the nut (20).
(4) Connect the fuel servo drain tube (55) to the engine tube. Do not torque the coupling at this time.

PRE SB RA32071-13

(5) Connect the fuel servo drain tube (55) to the manifold module. Do not torque the coupling at this time.

POST SB RA32071-13

(6) Connect the fuel servo drain tube (55) to the heat exchanger drain tube (75). Do not torque the coupling at this time.

END SB RA32071-13

(7) Attach the tube (55) to the tube (70) with the clamp (5), the screw (60), the washer (15), the spacer (65) and the nut (20).
(8) Connect the fireshield to servos drain tube (50) to the fuel servo drain tube (55). Do not torque the coupling at this time.
(9) Make sure that the drain tubes (50) and (55) are aligned correctly on the engine.
(10) TORQUE the nuts (20) to between 25 and 20 lbf.in (0.28 and 0.23 m.daN )

(11) TORQUE all the couplings to between 250 and 200 lbf.in (2.83 and 2.26 m.daN )

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the fan cowl doors: (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-410-040)

(5) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
