B. Get Access
(1) Open the fan cowl doors (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-010-802):

(2) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 1M (3 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position.
4. Procedure(1) Open the fan cowl doors (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-010-802):
(a) FOR [4020KM1] (POWER PLANT-DEMOUNTABLE, ENG 1)

(2) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 1M (3 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position.

A. Removal of the High Speed Tape
(2) Clean the inlet cowl hoist point(s) surfaces with a clean lint-free cotton cloth (Material No.PU1-0001) andPU2-0001 alcohol, isopropyl .
(3) Remove thePU2-0001 alcohol, isopropyl with a clean lint-free cotton cloth (Material No.PU1-0001) before it becomes dry.
(4) Do an inspection of the inlet cowl hoist point(s) and adjacent surfaces.
(a) Make sure that the surface finishes are in the correct condition.
Subtask 71-61-00-420-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(1) Carefully, remove the high speed tape from the inlet cowl hoist point(s). (2) Clean the inlet cowl hoist point(s) surfaces with a clean lint-free cotton cloth (Material No.PU1-0001) and
(3) Remove the
(4) Do an inspection of the inlet cowl hoist point(s) and adjacent surfaces.

B. Installation of the New Insert Bolt(s)
(1) Install the new insert bolt(s) in the inlet cowl hoist point(s).
(2) TORQUE the insert bolt(s) to between 35 and 31.5 lbf.in (0.40 and 0.36 m.daN )

5. Close-up(1) Install the new insert bolt(s) in the inlet cowl hoist point(s).
(2) TORQUE the insert bolt(s) to between 35 and 31.5 lbf.in (0.40 and 0.36 m.daN )

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the fan cowl doors (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-410-802):
