A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE is in position at zone 147 or 148.
(2) Make sure that the MLG doors are open and the safety devices installed. (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001)
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE is in position at zone 147 or 148.

Subtask 57-17-11-420-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Protective Cover
(1) Put the protective cover (51) in position on the ACT-equipment support door (57).
(2) Install the washers (53) and the screws (54).
(3) TORQUE the screws (54) to between 0.9 and 0.8 m.daN (79.65 and 70.80 lbf.in )

(4) Do the electrical bonding when you install the bonding strip (56) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(5) Install the bonding strip (56), the washer (52) and the bolt (55).
(6) TORQUE the bolt (55) to between 0.42 and 0.38 m.daN (37.17 and 33.63 lbf.in ).
5. Close-up(1) Put the protective cover (51) in position on the ACT-equipment support door (57).
(2) Install the washers (53) and the screws (54).
(3) TORQUE the screws (54) to between 0.9 and 0.8 m.daN (79.65 and 70.80 lbf.in )
. (4) Do the electrical bonding when you install the bonding strip (56) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(5) Install the bonding strip (56), the washer (52) and the bolt (55).
(6) TORQUE the bolt (55) to between 0.42 and 0.38 m.daN (37.17 and 33.63 lbf.in )

A. Close Access
(1) Remove the safety devices and close the MLG doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
(2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(3) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
