A. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) in position below the window.
(2) In the cabin, remove the upper sidewall panels, if necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001).
4. Procedure(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) in position below the window.
(2) In the cabin, remove the upper sidewall panels, if necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001).
Subtask 56-21-13-020-052-A
A. Removal of the Cabin Window
(1) Remove the retainer attach nuts (4) and the retainer (3).
(a) Remove the outer pane (6) from the rubber seal (7).
(b) Remove the inner pane (8) from the rubber seal (7).
(1) Remove the retainer attach nuts (4) and the retainer (3).
NOTE: Do not damage the protective surfaces of the retainer.
(2) Remove the window assembly (2) from the window frame (1). NOTE: You must wear GLOVES - COTTON, LINT-FREE, CLEAN when you touch the window panes, components and assemblies.
(3) If you must disassemble the window assembly (2), you must do the subsequent: (a) Remove the outer pane (6) from the rubber seal (7).
(b) Remove the inner pane (8) from the rubber seal (7).
NOTE: Put the panes on a soft, Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
