A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the access platform and the warning notices are in position
   (2) Make the thrust reverser unservicable (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-481-041)

A. Installation of the Bottom Lower Fairing
F Bottom Lower Fairing ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
   (1) Put the bottom lower fairing (1) in position.
   (2) Install the washers (3) and the screws (2).
   (3) Tighten the screws (2).
Subtask 54-56-00-820-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. Adjustment of the Bottom Lower Fairing
   (1) Measure the clearance J1:
     (a) Make sure that the clearance J1 is 3.1 +1 mm or -1 mm (0.1220 +0.0394 in. or -0.0394 in.) between the aft lower fairing and the bottom lower fairng.
   (2) Measure the out-of-flush dimensions A1 and A2 between the aft lower fairing and the bottom lower fairing.
  • A1 = 0 +1 mm or -1 mm (0.0000 +0.0394 in. or -0.0394 in.)
  • A2 = 0 +1.5 mm or -1.5 mm (0.0000 +0.0591 in. or -0.0591 in.)

A. Make the thrust reverser serviceable (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-081-041).

B. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Install these panels :
   (3) Remove the access platform(s).
   (4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
