(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT) in position below the APU compartment.
(2) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in the flight compartment to tell persons not to start the APU.

B. Open, safety and tag this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Get Access
(1) Open the APU access doors 315AL 316AR and (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).

4. Procedure

A. Removal of the APU Access Door
(1) Apply a layer of Silicone Sealant-High Temp. - - (Material No.06BJB1) on the sharp edges of the APU access door (1).
(2) Remove the screws (12) and the washers (13).
(3) Disconnect the bonding strap (11) from the APU access door (1).
(4) Hold the APU access door (1) and remove the pip-pins (10).
(5) Remove the APU access door (1).
