B. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position below the APU compartment.
(2) Open the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
4. Procedure(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position below the APU compartment.
(2) Open the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
Subtask 49-17-41-020-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Drain Tank
(1) Disconnect the nuts (4) of the drain lines.
(2) Remove the nuts (3) and the washers (2).
(3) Remove the spring adapters (1) from the drain tank (9).
(4) Remove the screws (6), the washers (5) and the nuts (10).
(5) Remove the drain tank (9) and the brackets (7) from the air intake diffuser (8).
(6) Drain the remaining fuel from the drain tank.
(7) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(1) Disconnect the nuts (4) of the drain lines.
(2) Remove the nuts (3) and the washers (2).
(3) Remove the spring adapters (1) from the drain tank (9).
(4) Remove the screws (6), the washers (5) and the nuts (10).
(5) Remove the drain tank (9) and the brackets (7) from the air intake diffuser (8).
(6) Drain the remaining fuel from the drain tank.
(7) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
