A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position:
(3) Make sure that the access panel 192FB is open.
Subtask 36-12-52-865-051-A (1) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position:
- in the cockpit on the Engine Control Panel 115VU to tell persons not to start the engine(s)
- in the cockpit on the AIR COND Overhead Control Panel 30VU to tell persons not to push in the APU BLEED pushbutton switch
- on the HP ground connector to tell persons not to pressurize the pneumatic system.
(3) Make sure that the access panel 192FB is open.
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

A. Installation of the Crossbleed Valve
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Remove the blanking caps from the pneumatic duct flanges (4) and (8).
(4) Check the pneumatic duct flanges (4) and (8) for correct condition.
(5) Install the crossbleed valve (2) between the pneumatic duct flanges (4) and (8) with the actuator motors to the A/C centerline.
(6) Install the clamps (3) and (7).
(7) TORQUE the nuts (5) and (6) to between 0.78 and 0.56 m.daN (69.03 and 49.56 lbf.in )

(8) Put the bonding strap (10) in its installation position and install the screw (9), the washer (11) and the nut (12).
(9) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (1) and from the receptacle.
(10) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(11) Connect the electrical connector (1) to the crossbleed valve (2).
Subtask 36-12-52-420-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.

(12) Connect the electrical connector (1) to the crossbleed valve (2).
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Do this Test
(1) Do the operational test of the APU Bleed Air-Supply and Crossbleed Systems (Ref. AMM TASK 36-12-00-710-001).
(2) Make sure that there are no leaks in the installation area.
5. Close-up(1) Do the operational test of the APU Bleed Air-Supply and Crossbleed Systems (Ref. AMM TASK 36-12-00-710-001).

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the access panel 192FB.
