B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(3) On AIR COND panel 30VU, make sure that the OFF legends on the PACK 1 and PACK 2 pushbutton switches are on.
(4) Start the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-005).

NOTE: After the APU starts, Airbus recommends you to wait for a minimum of 3 minutes for the warm up period, before you select the APU BLEED.

B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(3) On AIR COND panel 30VU, make sure that the OFF legends on the PACK 1 and PACK 2 pushbutton switches are on.
(4) Start the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-008).

NOTE: After the APU starts, Airbus recommends you to wait for a minimum of 3 minutes of warm up period before you select the APU BLEED.

4. Procedure
Subtask 36-12-00-710-050-A

A. Operational Test of the APU Bleed Air Supply and Crossbleed System

ACTION	RESULT
1.On the AIR COND overhead control panel 30VU: make sure that the X-BLEED selector switch is in the AUTO position.
2.On the circuit breaker panel 122VU: open the AIR BLEED/X FEED VALVE/NORM circuit breaker 1HV.
3.On the AIR COND overhead control panel 30VU:	On the AIR COND overhead control panel 30VU:
push the APU BLEED pushbutton switch.	the blue ON legend of the APU BLEED pushbutton switch comes on.
	The APU supplies bleed air after 5 s.
	A single chime is heard after approximately 20 s.
	On the LH (131VU) and RH (130VU) glareshield: the MASTER CAUT lights come on after approximately 20 s.
	On the upper ECAM display unit: AIR X BLEED FAULT (amber). X BLEED ..... MAN CTL (cyan). AVOID ICING CONDITIONS (cyan). comes into view.
	On the BLEED page of the lower ECAM display unit: the APU bleed valve symbol is in line (green). the crossbleed valve symbol is in crossline (amber) or (green).
4.On the circuit breaker panel 122VU: close the AIR BLEED/X FEED VALVE/NORM circuit breaker 1HV.	On the LH (131VU) and RH (130VU) glareshield: the MASTER CAUT lights go off after approximately 20 s.
	The crossbleed valve opens after approximately 5 s.
	On the upper ECAM display unit: AIR X BLEED FAULT (amber). X BLEED ..... MAN CTL (cyan). AVOID ICING CONDITIONS (cyan). goes off.
	On the lower ECAM display unit: the BLEED page goes off.
5.On the ECAM control panel (ECP) 11VU:	On the ECAM control panel (ECP) 11VU:
push the BLEED pushbutton switch.	the light in the BLEED pushbutton switch comes on (white).
	On the BLEED page the lower ECAM display unit: the APU bleed valve symbol in line (green). the crossbleed valve symbol in line (green).
6.On the AIR COND overhead control panel 30VU:	On the AIR COND overhead control panel 30VU:
push the APU BLEED pushbutton switch.	the blue ON legend of the APU BLEED pushbutton switch goes off.
	The APU bleed valve and the crossbleed valve close.
	On the BLEED page of the lower ECAM display unit: the APU bleed valve symbol in crossline (green). the crossbleed valve symbol turns from line to crossline (amber). after approximately 5 s the crossbleed valve symbol in crossline (green).
7.On the ECAM control panel (ECP) 11VU:	On the ECAM control panel (ECP) 11VU:
push the BLEED pushbutton switch.	the light in the BLEED pushbutton switch goes off.
	On the lower ECAM display unit: the BLEED page goes off.

(1) Reset of the Message on the Status Page

NOTE: During the test the message X-BLEED MAN CTL comes into view on the STS page. Reset the FWC 1 and FWC 2 or do the subsequent procedure.

(a) Pull the circuit breaker AIR/BLEED/X FEED/VALVE/BAT (2HV).
(b) Put the X-BLEED selector switch in the OPEN position (with the crossbleed valve in closed postion) and keep it there until the message X-BLEED MAN CTL goes out of view.
(c) Close the circuit breaker AIR/BLEED/X FEED/VALVE BAT/(2HV).

5. Close-up
Subtask 36-12-00-860-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1) Shut down the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-006).
(2) Do the EIS stop procedure
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
(3) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

Subtask 36-12-00-860-050-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1) Shut down the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-009).
(2) Do the EIS stop procedure
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
(3) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
