KEEP ALL HYDROCARBONS (FUELS, LUBRICANTS, ETC.) AWAY FROM ALL SOURCE OF OXYGEN. OXYGEN BECOMES EXPLOSIVE WHEN IT TOUCHES HYDROCARBONS.
WARNING:
CLEAN THE TOOLS AND MAKE SURE YOUR HANDS ARE CLEAN TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF THE OXYGEN SYSTEM.
WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
CAUTION:
DO NOT PULL THE MASK LANYARD FROM THE END WITH THE RELEASE PIN. IF YOU PULL ON THIS END OF THE LANYARD, YOU WILL REMOVE THE RELEASE PIN AND START A FLOW OF OXYGEN WHICH CANNOT BE STOPPED.

A. Preparation for Cleaning
(1) Put the 995000-00 TOOL-MANUAL RELEASE into the access hole in the applicable door.

NOTE: It is permitted to use alternative tool P/N 995000.
(2) Push the tool in until the latch is released. The door opens and the masks fall out. (3) Prepare the cleaning solution:
- Mix 1.5cc (0.91in3) of the Disinfectant and cleaner-Oxygen Mask - - (Material No.11CKA1) with 4 liters (1.05USgal) of clean water.

A. Cleaning of the mask, the harness and the mask stowage box
(2) Flush with clean water. Rub with Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and let the mask dry in the air.
(3) Clean the stowage box with Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .

DO NOT PULL THE MASK LANYARD FROM THE END WITH THE RELEASE PIN. IF YOU PULL ON THIS END OF THE LANYARD, YOU WILL REMOVE THE RELEASE PIN AND START A FLOW OF OXYGEN WHICH CANNOT BE STOPPED.
(1) Clean the mask and the harness with the cleaning solution and a BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT or a cloth. (2) Flush with clean water. Rub with Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and let the mask dry in the air.
(3) Clean the stowage box with Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
