CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS WITH YOUR FINGERS. THE OILS FROM YOUR SKIN WILL QUICKLY CAUSE DETERIORATION OF THE LAMP. IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS, CLEAN IT WITH A LINT-FREE CLOTH.

A. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.

4. Procedure
Subtask 33-12-15-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Installation of the Light
(1) Install the AIPC 33-12-15-01-010 BULB (2)

NOTE: Make sure that the bulb (2) is in the correct position in the cover (3).

(2) Put the cover (3) in position in the housing (1).

NOTE: Make sure that the cover (3) is locked correctly.

Subtask 33-12-15-420-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Installation of the Console and Briefcase Light
(1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
Make sure that the electrical connector(s) is (are) clean and in the correct condition.

CAUTION: REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF THE WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

(2) Connect the female terminal lugs (3) and (4) to the male terminal lugs (5) and (6).
(3) Put the cover (2) in position in its housing.
(4) Make sure that the cover (2) is correctly locked.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
