(1) Remove the access panel 148FB on the right side from the belly fairing (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-001).
4. Procedure(1) Remove the access panel 148FB on the right side from the belly fairing (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-001).
Subtask 28-13-43-020-050-A
A. Removal of the Drain Mast
(1) Loosen the nut (8) which connects the APU vent-pipe (1) to the straight union (7). Make sure that the APU vent-pipe (1) attachment is loose.
(2) Remove the screws (4) from the drain mast (5).
(4) Remove and discard the O-ring (3) from the center tank vent-pipe (2).
(5) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(1) Loosen the nut (8) which connects the APU vent-pipe (1) to the straight union (7). Make sure that the APU vent-pipe (1) attachment is loose.
(2) Remove the screws (4) from the drain mast (5).
NOTE: The drain mast stays in position because the sealant holds it in its position.
(3) Remove the drain mast (5) from the fuselage. (4) Remove and discard the O-ring (3) from the center tank vent-pipe (2).
(5) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
