A. Repair with Rework Patch below Stringer 19 on the Outboard Side

NOTE: Film-Insulation covering Flame Penetration Resistant - (Material No.14HQD1) is on the outboard side of the insulation blankets below the stringer 19 level.

NOTE: Damaged areas which are longer than 50.0 mm (1.9685 in.) must not be repaired.

(1) Prepare a rework patch of Film-Insulation covering Flame Penetration Resistant - (Material No.14HQD1) with the correct dimensions.
(2) Make cuts around the damaged area which agree with the dimensions of the rework patch.
(3) Put the rework patch in position on the damaged area and move the ends of the rework patch through the cuts around the damaged area.
(4) Attach the rework patch correctly with Adhesive Tape-Insulation Blanket - - (Material No.05TGA1) .
