A. Removal of the Door Lock of the Space Flex Lavatory

Door Lock of the Space Flex Lavatory ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

(1) Open the lavatory door (1).
(2) Remove the nuts (3) and the screws (11) and disengage the shroud (2).
(3) Remove the nuts (10), screws (5) and washers (4).
(4) Remove the trim (7).
(5) Remove the screws (6) and the actuator (8).
(6) Remove the screws (19), washers (20) and rubstrip (24) and release the handle (23).
(7) Remove the balls (18) and the springs (25) and release the spindle (21).
(8) If installed, remove the shield (22).
(9) Remove the screws (17).
(10) If installed, remove the washers (16).
(11) Remove the bushing (26).
(12) Remove the screws (12), washers (13) and flap (15).
(13) Remove the slider (14) from the door lock (9).
