A. Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

B. Safety Precautions
(1) In the cockpit, on the overhead panel, on the AIR COND section of panel 30VU:
(a) Make sure that these pushbutton switches are released:

APU BLEED pushbutton switch (the ON legend is off)
All the ENG BLEED pushbutton switches (the OFF legends are on)
PACK 1 and PACK 2 pushbutton switches (the OFF legends are on).

(b) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate these pushbutton switches.
(2) On the HP and LP ground-air connectors, put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to connect the ground air supply.

(1) If necessary, remove the contents of the galley.
(2) If necessary, remove the decorative material(s).
(3) If necessary, remove the galley trolley(s).

4. Procedure
Subtask 25-34-51-020-050-H ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

WARNING: SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

A. Removal of the Air Chiller Unit - Galley 1

Air Chiller - Galley 1 ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

(1) Remove the screws (1) and the air grill (2).
(2) Carefully pull the air chiller (7) forward on the rails (5).
(3) Disconnect the electrical connector (4) from the connector (3).
(4) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(5) Remove the screws (6).
(6) Carefully remove the air chiller (7).
