C. Removal of the CAPT(F/O) Seat-Harness Assembly
(1) Make marks on all the parts before you disassemble them.
(3) Remove the screw (18), the washer (17) and the reel cover (19).
(4) Remove the screw (7), the washer (8), the self-locking nut (9) and the abdominal strap (6) together with the buckle.
(5) Remove the screw (12), the washer (11), the self-locking nut (10) and the abdominal strap (13) together with the connector.
(6) Discard the self-locking nuts (9) and (10).
(7) Remove the roll pin (15) from the cable end (16) and disconnect the cable (14) from the reel assembly (5).
(8) Remove the screw (28) and the knob (29).
(9) Remove the screws (24), the washers (25), the nuts (27) and then the control lever (26).
(10) Remove the nuts (4), the washers (3), the screws (2) and then the reel assembly (5).
Subtask 25-11-63-020-053-E (1) Make marks on all the parts before you disassemble them.
NOTE: This will help you and prevent errors during the assembly.
(2) Lock the harness to remove it. (3) Remove the screw (18), the washer (17) and the reel cover (19).
(4) Remove the screw (7), the washer (8), the self-locking nut (9) and the abdominal strap (6) together with the buckle.
(5) Remove the screw (12), the washer (11), the self-locking nut (10) and the abdominal strap (13) together with the connector.
(6) Discard the self-locking nuts (9) and (10).
(7) Remove the roll pin (15) from the cable end (16) and disconnect the cable (14) from the reel assembly (5).
(8) Remove the screw (28) and the knob (29).
(9) Remove the screws (24), the washers (25), the nuts (27) and then the control lever (26).
(10) Remove the nuts (4), the washers (3), the screws (2) and then the reel assembly (5).
D. Removal of the CAPT(F/O) Seat-Crotch Strap
(1) Make marks on all the parts before you disassemble them.
(3) Remove the screws (20) and the washers (21).
(4) Remove the crotch strap (23) from the seat pan (22).
(1) Make marks on all the parts before you disassemble them.
NOTE: This will help you and prevent errors during the assembly.
(2) Lock the harness to remove it.(3) Remove the screws (20) and the washers (21).
(4) Remove the crotch strap (23) from the seat pan (22).
