A. Aircraft Configuration
(1) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-002), (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
(2) Install the WARNING NOTICE(S) to prevent pressurization.
(3) Make sure that the pitch-trim control wheels are at zero.
(4) Install the pitch-trim control locking tools on the pitch-trim control wheels (Ref. AMM TASK 27-00-00-480-001)

B. Get Access
(1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 5M (16 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at the zone 310.

C. Open Access
(1) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position in the cockpit to prevent the operation of the flight controls.
(2) Open access door 314AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-23-010-801).

4. Procedure

A. Lubricate the attach and hinge fittings with Synthetic Ester base Grease-General Purpose Low Temp - (Material No.03HBD9) .

5. Close-up

A. Close access door 314AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-23-410-801).

B. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Remove the pitch-trim control locking tools from the pitch-trim control wheels (Ref. AMM TASK 27-00-00-080-001)
(2) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
