A. Get Access
(1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 5M (16 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 831(841) or 832(842).
(2) Open the passenger/crew door 831 841 or 832 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
(3) Open the emergency exit doors 833 843 or 834 844 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-21-11-000-001).

4. Procedure
Subtask 05-28-30-210-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Inspection
(1) Do a general visual inspection of the forward and aft emergency exits. This inspection includes the door surround on the fuselage door frames, the door seals and the external surface of the door.
(2) Make sure that there are no signs of corrosion, cracks or damage.
(3) Make sure that all the installations are attached correctly.

5. Close-up
Subtask 05-28-30-410-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Close Access
(1) Close the emergency exit doors 833 843 or 834 844 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-21-11-400-001).
(2) Close the passenger/crew door 831 841 or 832 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
